Infinite Options: Product opt

I have just started using this app, setting up with the help of the developers. The experience has been very good, they are very responsive in following up requests. Very Happy!

I tried 3-4 apps for product variant and custom options, but everyone had a problem. One didn't work with discount coupons, another didn't open the cart tray and yet another didn't make it very intuitive on the cart page. I found Infinite Options to be really useful, and it takes care of all our needs as a modern store. Very simple user interface to add/edit options and works like a charm. I use this app on multiple stores, it works great for ALMOST every situation. My only complaint is that there is no file upload...if you need this functionality one work around is setting up an iframe for a Google Form submission, or simply using another app. The team is also great, they respond quick and have fixed any issues within hours of the request.

I had a great experience using Infinite Options by ShopPad. The setup was easy and a lot of things are automatic by using tags. It's totally worth spending extra to hire expert to set up other coding stuffs and most importantly making the appearance match with the theme. A huge shout out to Mandy Hom who had adjusted all the appearance based on my perfectionism and OCD requirements. I have to say that it seems very common sense to her that how things would appear aesthetically pleasing on the website. Not everyone can have this art sense. I am absolutely happy with how things turn out! Thank you!

At all the apps I use, this one is by far the best! With the help of this app, I'm able to offer my customers options that they normally would not find on any other website. I Absolutely love this app and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The app itself is super easy to use and integrate. The staff is beyond helpful and responsive. I haven't had any issues they didn't get right in and fix!

Used the app to add some input fields to the product pages, it works very well and is very easy to set up. The input boxes were out of alignment by a few pixels, so I pinged them an email and it was fixed almost immediately.

I needed help moving our options on our product pages, and with Mandy's help, it was seamless and easy!

Exactly what we were looking for in order to upsell compatible products. I was looking for something that would show a product image and this app allows you to upgrade a custom image swatch which worked nicely.

I needed this app because shopify couldn't handle our customization options. This team is great! I needed a slightly modified version of one of their options and after discussing with support they offered to make the update for me. We just switched over to Infinite Options from a similar, more expensive, options app and couldn't be happier with our decision. We have a lot of product customizations for our jewelry business, but this app handles just about all of them. While it is certainly a bit quirky at times, there is usually a way to workaround the problems that come up. Our experience with the customer service staff alone has been reason enough for us to stay with this app. Whether we have an issue with code, or need advice on how to properly run an option set, their team is there to answer us in a timely fashion and will great detail. We hope the app continues to grow and add functionalities (such as the ability to add files as an option) but in the meantime, we are very pleased with the product, and extremely excited to continue working with this professional and proactive company.

This app is incredibly useful and easy to use, setup and customize. Any app or business is only as good as it's customer service and Shoppad's staff is unbelievably prompt and helpful (thank you Mandy!!) I do wish the app had a native edit feature for variants within the customer's shopping cart. But it has far exceeded my expectations. Very pleased.

Anh and Mandy helped me fix an issue really quickly. They responded quickly and explained everything very clearly. They were great to work with!
