Although we are still in the trial period of the app, it works great! And customer service has been super helpful in editing the code within the same day to display how we wanted it to!!

I used this app to create multiple variants for my product. The app is easy to use. What impress me most is the tech support by the app. They are super efficient, polite, and try to help in all ways for me to create the effect that i need. Special thanks to Anh from ShopPad! We use Infinite Options to ask our customers when buying archery arrows: FREE cutting required? They can't proceed to the cart without choosing No or Yes. If they click Yes, they get a drop down menu of cut measurements to choose from, from 24 inches through to 32 inches in quarter inch increments. Our customers are using it and it works really well! At the moment in our theme the chosen option doesn't automatically show up in the cart, but it does show at checkout. I thought i'd try adding the 'show in cart' option myself but I couldn't immediately see where to edit the code in my theme. However I pay the guys hosting our site for a certain amount of Shopify development time per month that accrues, so they will do it for me. They had no problems so far with Infinite Options, so I'm sure it will work just fine. We also use this app to bundle products. When customers are looking at an arrow, they are asked if they also need arrow points for added $, and can select from the arrow point size options we have available. Every little thing that stops the customer from worrying, and answers their questions in the product listing, is a big help getting them to actually BUY! Since we've done these things, our conversion rate has improved. Thanks, ShopPad!

Very Useful App and Great Customer Service When I Needed Help. I contacted support for an issue with coding i was having to where my quantity picker was overlapping my options buttons and Mandy, Annette and Ahn took care of that issue for me very quickly and got it working again! Would Definitely Recommend This App!

This app works like a charm. I wanted to get few options available at product page for customers to select. I asked my theme developer they said to hire shopify expert which charges a bomb and its a coding which i cannot understand and for future changes, had to pay again. i stumbled upon this app and it works as i wanted. From Support Mr. Mandy resolved my issues way too quickly and i was good to go within few minutes. Thank you for this wonderful app

This app is very well designed, simple to use and very affordable. The customer service support is excellent every time. They reply within a short amount of time and really take the time to explain things in detail, especially a Rep named Abby. Highly recommend this app for customizing products, it's the best one out there!

The app is pretty easy to use and the support chat is lighting fast! They responded right away and was able to help fix my issue. I do wish they would add the functionality where you can adjust the quantity of the product option on the product page itself, but it's not a big deal since the customer can adjust it on the cart.

I have been using Infinite Options for every one of my products and it is very easy to use. If I have a question or an issue, they are quick to reply and respond to remedy the issue. My latest issue was immediately fixed by Mandy, who not only took care of the problem, but noticed the app wasn't loading fast enough, so she took it upon herself to fix it. Wonderful customer service and a great app, if you need more variations to your listings.

We have used this app for some time now and it is so easy and straightforward and does exactly what it says it will do. It integrates with our site well and gives us easy options for our customers to personalise the products we sell. I have contacted customer support on a few ocassions to ask some specific questions and they are always quick to respond. Highly recommended to all. Great peice of kit.
