I've used this app for the past month for personalized items. Today I got an error message and reached out to support. They added some code to the back end and had it fixed within 5 minutes. Great customer service.

I used this app to customize each listing to make ordering easier for my customer and allow me to get all the information I need from handy drop down lists and text fields. Recently I noticed some of my listing order screens did not look how I wanted them and I didn't know how to change it. I contacted the Infinite Options staff and they were quick to respond and they corrected the problem. I gave them permission to go into my shop and they did the work for me in correcting the problem, which was so much easier and less stressful for me. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

This app is great, I've used it on a few of my products now and it does the job perfectly. It can take a bit of getting used to when setting it up, but I got used to it and now it's easy. Once I needed some help with a tidy layout and the service team did it for me within 24 hours and it looked absolutely great.

Just started using the app last week. Couldn't get the coding to be exactly how I needed it, but I contacted the help live chat, and within 5 minutes Matt had my site fixed better than I needed it to be! Amazing support, and definitely will be upgrading from the free trial when it ends!

I absolutely love this app, it is amazing!! Allows me to add all sorts of personalisation details to the products, adding fields and bundles to create infinite options. Jordin at the help desk is so so helpful, able to solve all my problems no matter how complicated. Would highly recommend both the app and support Thanks so much!

I needed more variants for personalized jewelry. At minimal, my customers need to be able to choose initials A-Z; Birthstone Jan - Dec; and Necklace Length 16" - 20" which is impossible to do on Shopify so ..... I installed Infinite Options. I'm so happy with what I've accomplished so far. Thanks to this app I won't have to look else where to sell my products. It's easy to use but I did run into some coding confusion on my behalf. I'm not very tech savvy so I reached out to someone through the chat box and found help right away!! There's a monthly subscription, but it's very reasonable. So far so good and I'm a very happy customer. I strongly recommend installing this app if you need to add more variations to your products!!

Great app, give my site a lot of great options that I cannot get with the standard options. Install was easy and the developer was quick to help make a small fix to get it working. They latter responded quickly to a small bug fix for my site. Fix was done in just hours. Thanks for a fantastic app guys!!

I used this app to add extra options to my products. Shopify only allowed me to add options such as 2 pack, 3 pack, 5 pack. But then I needed to add colour options, as the customer can select up to 5 different colours. Infinite options was perfect for this, and as my themes code was different to what was in the set-up guide, the expert help set it all up for me for $20. so easy!

App does exactly what it says and has brilliant customer support. It wasn't formatting correctly after I edited some code and they resolved it very quickly with some CSS. Would highly recommend!
