My website wouldn't work without this app! I need to offer a lot of options to customers, and when you learn the basics, you can create infinite options according to your needs. Also the customer sevice is great! Quick response!

We haven't used this app long enough to rate its based on it functionalities. But I must say that ShopPad has a great support team. We had many questions about some customization's to the app to fit our needs. And every question was answered extremely fast. Thanks Anh!

I am so happy I found this app. I’ve now used it on 2 different themes and I love how it seamlessly integrates with the existing layout. Customer service is also great and quickly resolved an issue I had while setting up the new theme . I recommend!!

Infinite Options is absolutely perfect for us - we wanted our customers to be able to add a personalisation service with additional cost but the last app we used didn't offer conditional logic which is essential when you don't want customers to miss where to leave their personalisation message. With Infinite Options, we can have the message box only pop up when the service is selected and then require the customer to add a message before they can add to their cart. It looks great, has integrated seamlessly and works without a hitch. We had a slight hiccup when we switched themes and I couldn't quite work out how to get the app to work properly with our new theme but they sorted it out for us super fast and got everything up and running in no time. Can't recommend this app highly enough!

Just added this add.. haven't done anything yet but I would say their support is great.. They respond quickly & resolve issues quickly. I was having trouble installing it but with just 1 chat, they resolved the issue & installed it for me. So excited to play around with this app being confident that they got my back in case I mess up lol :)

I changed my theme, but know nothing about coding and couldn’t figure it out using the video. I was expecting to have to pay for the code to be installed, but after a quick email I was all set up, free of charge. Apps such as infinite options and their support staff mean that I can focus on the creative aspects of my business and not have to worry about the tech side.

I installed the app to help me add some personalized options for specific products on my site. As soon as I installed it everything worked as expected. However, I needed a quick CSS fix to make them look more aligned. I wrote to customer support and not only did they respond fast but they sent me the exact code I needed to use and where. I love this app and their team rocks!
