I think its the customer service that really makes this a great app. I didn't like the layout of the drop down boxes. Emailed the support staff, Mandy responded with some code. I asked for an additional tweak on the code and she emailed me same day with the update. So far so good with the app & the price is right @ $5 per month.

Great app which allows more flexibility than shopify variations and fabulous customer service. Simple to use. I love the fact that there is a place holder, something that really lacks in variations

I needed a significant amount of help with creating conditional bundle listings and received top-notch customer service. I'm so impressed with how one specific support rep (Matt) helped me through this process - even creating a "test" version, so that I'm able to recreate / duplicate the same format for all new conditional product bundles. FANTASTIC customer service, and you now have a loyal customer - thank you again.

Very impressed with the level of interest ShopPad customer support has for the end user! They went the extra mile to check with another app team if this would be compatible on my store even before I signed on! Installing the app was simple, but then I had some issues with the checkboxes not displaying in my theme. I reached out rather than just cutting the app. They had it all fixed within 30 minutes! That includes the email communication back and forth as well. Outstanding above average customer service! If you find yourself getting frustrated, just reach out. All fixed. One improvement on the app for the future would be the option for your customer to upload files for customization design. Thank you ShopPad! Upward and onward!

I tried approximately 7-8 app for using special field on my website. Just infinite options app is working with my theme after pay 20USD to support team. They have been solved my problem just 1 hour. Great support, great app! Thank you ShopPad.

This is a great app for extremely reasonable price. We are using this app to allow our customers to customize their products on our eCommerce channel (powered by Shopify), and its working really well for us. Excellent Customer Service.

This app is great for adding custom fields to my products, I love the options! Customer service is also great any time i have questions they are very helpful.

I had some trouble with positioning my drop down menu options as well as some issues with weird data showing up on the cart screen. I send a chat message to get some help and I had everything resolved within 10 minutes, and most of that was because I am slow at finding the right places to put code!

Very happy with this app! We had an issue where two variants were taking from the same inventory SKU, so we used this to allow the customer to purchase an "add-on" to the product, rather than having the need for a 2nd variant. This was a great solution to our problem. Also, the support received by Mandy, Ahn and Alan was great. They set up the app for a very reasonable fee ($20) to suit our theme, and also made a few additional changes as requested.

This app has allowed me to add text boxes on products in my store seamlessly, Matt walked me through step by step and didn't hang up until my products were the way I wanted them. I will be getting this app after the free trial is up! Thanks Matt!!!
