I think its the customer service that really makes this a great app. I didn't like the layout of the drop down boxes. Emailed the support staff, Mandy responded with some code. I asked for an additional tweak on the code and she emailed me same day with the update. So far so good with the app & the price is right @ $5 per month.

I use this app to help me provide clear choices for all the different vinyl colors I sell! It’s daunting to see them all at once so I use the conditional logic feature to separate the options! It’s amazing!! I was confused at first since coding and web design are not my thing but the shoppad app team and Matt were amazing In helping me get the app to do what I needed. I am completely satisfied!!!

I used this app to help build my art site. We offer so many different product variables, including personalised options, which just wasn't available on shopify. This app let me create all of the options I need! I reached out to Matt for help to get the layout and finish of my design pages looking right and he couldn't have been more helpful! He replied swiftly to my mails and came up with creative solutions to get it just how I wanted. He also talked me through each step so that I could replicate what he'd done if I ever needed to. Such amazing customer service! I'd definitely recommend this app to others, and especially the support provided.

I needed a significant amount of help with creating conditional bundle listings and received top-notch customer service. I'm so impressed with how one specific support rep (Matt) helped me through this process - even creating a "test" version, so that I'm able to recreate / duplicate the same format for all new conditional product bundles. FANTASTIC customer service, and you now have a loyal customer - thank you again.

My products have a lot of customization options, so this app is a lifesaver. I used to have to go in and slowly edit code and it was so much more time consuming, now I can update my products with new options in a fraction of the time. The price is so affordable too!

Very impressed with the level of interest ShopPad customer support has for the end user! They went the extra mile to check with another app team if this would be compatible on my store even before I signed on! Installing the app was simple, but then I had some issues with the checkboxes not displaying in my theme. I reached out rather than just cutting the app. They had it all fixed within 30 minutes! That includes the email communication back and forth as well. Outstanding above average customer service! If you find yourself getting frustrated, just reach out. All fixed. One improvement on the app for the future would be the option for your customer to upload files for customization design. Thank you ShopPad! Upward and onward!

I tried approximately 7-8 app for using special field on my website. Just infinite options app is working with my theme after pay 20USD to support team. They have been solved my problem just 1 hour. Great support, great app! Thank you ShopPad.
