The customer service is so incredible, they solved my issues SOO quickly by giving me some example code to use that was perfectly catered to the issue I was having. I was able to implement it and solve the issue same day! They communicate soooo well, and I was surprised that people of who actually know what they're talking about are available to help! Usually the tech support people are buried behind layers and days of confusion and bureaucracy. Not the case with Infinite Options. Thanks so much Annette!

Fantastic. It's a tiny bit more expensive than the other app i was using, but its perfect. The last app i used didn't always show the custom text field i needed, which meant i lost the sale. So paying the little extra is totally worth it. The app looks great, and the support team is one of the best. My support rep Abby in particular, was incredibly helpful. Certainly reccomend this app.

I used this app to allow me to create options for our custom gift sets among other products. it is truly dynamic and I can now make my customer's experience simple and visual. Must-have app for our e-commerce custom jewelry store that hits Shopify's max 100 variants with just our ring sizes. Now, we can use it to also offer customers our many customization options for different ring widths, metals, material inlays, etc. right when they order! It will considerably reduce back-and-forth messages regarding custom options. Also, great customer service!!

With this app I was able to create various types of fields for my products which integrated perfectly. When visually one of the fields didn't look aesthetically pleasing, one of their representatives, Jordan, made it match with my shopify theme better. he fixed it the same day I emailed them. You can have the fields be optional to fill in or mandatory. The fields can be multiple-choice, fill in the blank or a checkbox. For example: – When a customer orders a phone session with me, they must choose which method for me to contact them (Skype, Zoom or by phone). – I created another field so they must enter their phone number as backup in case the Internet is down. – Optionally, they can enter information they want me to know in advance of our session. – They must check that they agree to the terms of service. Getting all this information upfront is much more efficient than trying to get it later by emailing the customer.
