I've been able to hugely increase orders for my customised products business thanks to this app. The team is really helpful as I'm not very technical and have had a few issues with setting variables up.

I love the functionality and ease of use of this app. And the support team is amazing! I inquired as to whether the formatting for this app can be tweaked and they not only fixed that, but they also changed formatting on another of their apps so that it matched with the rest of my website. Excellent customer service!!

I installed this app just a few hours ago to add some personalisation to some of our products. Very simple but effective app! Impressed by the 30-day trial, also it seems it's only $5 a month which is very fair. Ran into an issue with installing the code, used their live chat and Mandy helped me right away and got me going in no time. Awesome customer service. So far so good!

I used Infinite Options to do things Shopify couldn't. It works amazingly and even better is their customer service - quick and responsive. Amazing in this day and age!

I have used this app for a year now. It works well, and I have found it easy to use to add options to my products. Alan is fantastic. He is very responsive and takes care of small issues in no time. I'd highly recommend Infinite Options.

Got this to add more option sets to my listings- Awesome customer service. Had an issue with theme compatibility, was able to reach Customer Service immediately and got an easy fix. Recommend!

I am using both the Coin currency conversion and Inifinite options from ShopPad and the customer service is fast and efficient. Matt helped move the location of the currency selector, and at the same time noticed a formatting issue with Infinite Options and fixed that for me. Great apps

This app was a breeze to set up, and the only initial queries I had were dealt with extremely quickly by a very helpful and friendly agent, who not only fixed my issues but also went and optimised another page I had not asked for. Very happy!
