Infinite Product Options

I installed Infinite Options myself but needed a little extra help with the styling. The service was fantastic - the help I needed was completed within a few hours of sending an email request. Thanks so much Mandy!

Great customer service, they have helped me try and solve issues that arise. However, there are too many glitches for a 5 star. Would be a perfect app if it worked most of the time!

This app looks fantastic. To be honest I have not used it, I really wanted to. I tried to install - their support is super helpful and responsive. After they helped with the installation, it looks like another app I am using is preventing me from using it. I would recommend it and hopefully get to try it in the future.

Really great app, very useful for adding many variations, and even better easier than using the native Shopify variants. There's hidden documentation that walks you through building a great date picker as well, which was super duper. Support is really fast and easy to chat with right from inside the app UI, thumbs way up for the user experience. My only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that they were missing a feature I was hoping would easily be implemented into the date picker (a time picker as well).

Very helpful app as we have some complex options and additional complex information we need to harvest on certain products. Support was very helpful when I needed to tweak the CSS styling. Would give 5 stars if options/questions could appear/disappear conditionally depending on answers of other options AND if options with a price/product allocated would update the product price dynamically. Those are pretty big asks though for a free app (or for any app) so all in all extremely happy and would highly recommend to anyone. Cheers

Really useful to show text lines on the product page for personalised goods. Works well, a little hard to use but not too difficult. Need to look into why the Cart summary page shows the variable name rather than the text label. Made it look better by using underscores in the variable name so it looks OK on the Cart. That is, used "Text_line_one" rather than a variable name of text-line-one.

The app is fine. A little confusing at first and no so easy for beginners, but it all worked out fine. I had an issue and sent an email to customer service and heard back quickly with detailed instructions. There was also a nice follow up email. Noah was especially helpful and pleasant.

Nice program! Would like a little easier control of the option fields' layout.

Lives up to its billing. I need to add 4-5 options to my products. Some with markup some without. Infinite options combined with the Shopify Variants allowed me to do this. It would be nice if you could apply a markup with Infinite Options but in the end I was able to get by using Shopify Variants for options with markups and Infinite Options for options which did not. I had some challenges getting the application configured but with timely help from ShopPad support everything is now working great!. Highly recommend if you want to avoid custom coding and have a need to go beyond Shopify's 3 variant limitation.

5 years ago I posted a 1 star review. Since then the app has gone from bad to great and we are now very happy with it. Also the support is great and acts fast on any issues

Easy to use its a must if you need to give customers options!

After having taken advantage of their white glove service for $20 to insert the snippets, the app was easy to install and set up. Worked well for me to give my customers the ability to choose colours without having to add a variant for all of the colours for each product. I recommend Infinite Options as an add-on app for your shopify store.

Great app, did exactly what we needed.
