I'm a complete novice at setting up a website and all of my prints are personalised so I needed lots of options. I had a few initial problems setting up the app, but had lots of great support from Annette who was always very calm and helpful. I now have a fully functioning website with all the options for personalisation. Thank you!

The app is exactly what I was looking for. Now my customers, who may be ordering two care packages for two different kids, can include a personalized text message for both. Love their tech support...extremely helpful!

Infinite options has been such a great asset to our company. We wanted something light weight and easy to use for our products that had some customization options. I would consider myself very picky with the layout of the options and the support team was so quick and responsive into making my vision come true! They were able to help me with all the small adjustments I needed and now the product pages look amazing! I would to give a shout out to Alan and Mandy for being such friendly and helpful people. They really made my customer experience very comfortable and knew exactly what I needed changed. They were able to solve all my problems in minutes and are always available when I needed to chat :) I would definitely recommend this app if you need to add more options for your products! PS. I used this app to add some extra functions to my products to allow an easier process for my customers. i had some hiccups and the team were more then happy to help and resolve my issues as quickly as possible. Great app, great service and great support :)

Excellent app for adding additional options for product customisation on a product page. Very useful if your product cant be purchase with a click and requires custom selection of options before adding to cart. Thank you for the App.

I used this app to add further customizable option to the limited variant options that Shopify Variables allows. I received amazing and lightning fast customer service for the questions I had in setting up the app. Highly recommend it :)

I had a problem with getting the options to show up on the back end and contacted the customer support team via chat, and Mandy not only figured out what was wrong, but went in and fixed AND made the code load more quickly! Cheers for great customer support!

Complete and free, I am obliged to give 5 stars for this work! In addition, it is possible to change the price according to the customization of the product, which not all others do. It's simple and easy. However, if the content were paying, I would give a mistake: the visual is a little coarse and lacks elegance. And in the basket, the product titles have coding (letters, numbers) which is a pity. Nouvel avis : je suis sur 5 étoiles et ravie car mon probleme de codage a été réparé en quelques heures ! Quelle rapidité ! Best ever ! Français : Complet et gratuit, je suis obligée de mettre 5 étoiles pour ce travail ! En plus, il est possible de changer le prix selon la personnalisation du produit, ce que ne font pas tous les autres. C'est vraiment simple et facile. Cependant, si le contenu était payant, je donnerais une faute : le visuel est un peu grossier et manque d'élégance. Et dans le panier, les titres des produits ont du codage (des lettres, des chiffres) c'est dommage.

The app itself is great, but the customer service experience has been INFINITELY better! (see what I did there?!?) I was having trouble adding the correct code to make the options show on the invoice through Order Print. Matt came in like a superhero and didn't stop till he saved the day! THANK YOU!!!

Great customer service and the app works really well. I used this app so I could keep track of stock by item and not by variation. When I had questions and issues the customer service team followed up quickly and fixed everything right away! Highly recommeneded.

Great app, I have been using it for 3 years and I have tried another drop down menu app and I really disliked it. I like this one the best because it is very very simple to use, it updates immediately, there is no limit to the amount of variants, and is customizable.
