Application is great! I ran into a problem when I reached the limit of maximum amount of options available for 1 product. I don’t know how to code and other ideas that I found in the Internet do not work properly. Then, when I finally found Infinite Options, at first it didn’t worked right too. As it appeared the theme I am using - has uncommon code. But the support team did react fast and fix this problem as fast as possible. Now it working good. I think you should at least try this app. It may help you a lot.

Had Matt help me with a custom tag option and he was able to solve my problem in about 1 minute, the guy is awesome and this App is amazing thanks to everyone involved appreciate the help.

Used this to set tons of options of certain products. This is perfect app to make products highly-customizable for customers. Also, encountered one weird issue, and the customer service was great! The problem was fixed almost immediately.

Abreumx. Love this app, definitely needed for personalized product stores. A++ . But be aware that for some premium themes you might have to tweak it a bit to make it work just right

Easy to use... and online support is helpful, but even more important to note is that we were in a rush to get a new product launched and Alan's customer support was TOP NOTCH. It is rare to get a company and / or a person who takes the the time to be helpful and is responsive in short order. Much appreciated.

These people care 100% i have nothing but good words my code wasn't working right and all jumbled on the screen hopped in the live chat and Logan was helping me instantly helped me change the code looks AMAZING! Give that man logan a raise i offered to tip him and he kindly declined and sent me here to write a review! Install options is amazing hard to find honest people anymore you won't go wrong with this app!

I received my first order after adding Infinite Options to my products. The selection the customer chose didn't come through. Alan with Support was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved. The app is also very easy to use

I am skeptical when it comes to free add-ins. I'm even more skeptical when it comes to add-in support when I'm not smart enough to figure out an issue. The support is amazing. They were quick, easy, and most importantly they went above and beyond to test and ensure everything was perfect before letting me go. Hats off to ShopPad for their amazing support and well designed product.

This app has been awesome to help us get additional variants when our shopify store was limited in number. Their support team was so fast and helpful with a small issue I had in set up - resolved quickly!! I highly recommend!
