Infinite Product Options

With this app I was able to create various types of fields for my products which integrated perfectly. When visually one of the fields didn't look aesthetically pleasing, one of their representatives, Jordan, made it match with my shopify theme better. he fixed it the same day I emailed them. You can have the fields be optional to fill in or mandatory. The fields can be multiple-choice, fill in the blank or a checkbox. For example: – When a customer orders a phone session with me, they must choose which method for me to contact them (Skype, Zoom or by phone). – I created another field so they must enter their phone number as backup in case the Internet is down. – Optionally, they can enter information they want me to know in advance of our session. – They must check that they agree to the terms of service. Getting all this information upfront is much more efficient than trying to get it later by emailing the customer.

Great support and great app. We use this app for out event ticketing and this adds all the function needed.

Just needed a bit of setup help, and Mandy at customer support was awesome. App does what I need it to do, and now my customers have options they never had before.

I purchased this app to be able to sell skincare sets in my store, it is the third app I am trying- wish me luck! After reviewing the step by step setup guide, I decided to contact the customer help link to advance my process and Anh was amazing. She was very patient and so helpful finishing my installation and getting me started with the product page. Seems pretty straight forward from here.... Their tutorials are very easy to follow and the help window was activated within seconds! Highly recommend the app.

Infinite Options makes it easy to centralise and manage my variants. We often change variant lists across the board and with with a lot of products doing that manually that took forever. Infinite Options makes this process a breeze. Their support is fast and professional. Highly recommended

This is the BEST app ever! We have an Etsy shop and opened our own site a few years ago, switched everything from Pattern platform to the Shopify platform this past January and did a lot of research to find the best app to have all the variations for our products and this is hands down SOOOOOO good! Way better than Etsy as you can have as many variations as you need! Their support rocks!! I just chatted with Anh for help with the code and she was so helpful! Highly recommend!!

This app was installed on my site several years ago by someone who assisted me to set up my web site. In the last couple weeks I have been in the process of updating the theme of my site. A major part of my update was not working. Shopify on the phone directed me to contact the app builder support. I did and the result was amazing. They totally fixed the issue allowing me to launch the updated theme yesterday. In addition to fixing the issue they also contacted me to see if all was well with my site and if they could help me further. I am very grateful for their help. The app works great and allows me to easily show the many various choices of my jewelry. Many thanks to app support and the Shopify people that have assisted to learn a lot and improve my site.

I used this app to add embroidery options and gift wrap to our website. It was great because when I needed help they jumped in right away and amended the options. It is easy to use, offers everything you would need for monogram and embriodery etc. and the support is excellent. A++++

Love all of the features to Infinite Options and how they are so easy to integrate into our website. We opted to upgrade to the new conditional logic and I couldn't be happier with it so far! Even better than the app itself is their customer service. I have yet to come across a question that they don't have a quick answer for, and they (specifically Mandy and Jordin) are always willing to help out with adjusting coding to suit your needs. Long-time user! This is a great app for creating multiple options on products in a straightforward way. Customer service is very fast too. Small note that if you're using Safari the admin sometimes doesn't refresh properly but Chrome is fine or you can just reload the page. Never had any issues displaying or functioning live on website. Works great for my customers!

Although we are still in the trial period of the app, it works great! And customer service has been super helpful in editing the code within the same day to display how we wanted it to!!

This app is very well designed, simple to use and very affordable. The customer service support is excellent every time. They reply within a short amount of time and really take the time to explain things in detail, especially a Rep named Abby.
