The customer service is amazing. Although their instructions are not very clear and they don't provide you a lot of format option on the website, they'll help you fix your questions and concerns. Just let them know! They're here to help!

Hello. I have already installed the app, but I did not understand how to configure it or to bundle my products on store. Can you help me?

I used this app as I had a numerous options required for some products. It was easy to install and the support was quick and easy. It functions well and does exactly what I needed. Mandy and the support team were great to deal with. Highly recommend

• DO NOT INSTALL • I spent 2 days writing all the complicated conditions for this app. Shouldn't have bothered. What they don't tell you before you do all this work is this; When a user selects the amount of your product he wants, let's say 4, then he selects an option specified in this apps conditions, it automatically adds 4 of those also. So if a user buys 4 of the main product he has to buy 4 of whatever add on he selects through this app. AND THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT!!!! So, I contacted support and wait for this....this is their response.... "I understand that this is a frustrating situation, especially after working on these options for so long, but there's not much we can do in this immediate moment or even communicate this specific issue to users. As mentioned, I'll be sure to let our team know about this and see if we can get it added for a future update." Hang on, did I just hear that right? "...there's not much we can do in this immediate moment or even communicate this specific issue to users." So, the app is broken and they claim there is no way to tell users that it is broken before they install and spend days configuring it! So, I told the support person I would screenshot that response and use it in this review. Here was his response; "I don't think you can add screenshots to reviews' So a broken app and a flippant support team. DONT INSTALL

I used this app to add extra options to the products on my online store. Completely surpassed my exceptions. Have been in touch with support for design reasons and technical support. Both times there has been a fast response and simple solution. Really impressive.

So far so good I also needed help placing the options and they were super quick and got it to work! Needed some help 15 days later they quickly responded and fixed the issue

Great app for custom products Anh really helped me with complicated coding and saved me a headache. Easy to use app when creating custom variants for different products. The price is very reasonable compared to other apps that do the same thing! recommend 10/10

I used this app to create variants for mugs through Printify. Customer service and support is great! Highly recommend.

We use this app on our website Patyrn.com and it gives our customers a ton of options to help personalize our designs for each customer. I cannot express how awesome this app is, as well as the support. I had some random issues with my theme, I emailed them, and a wiz named Matt had me fixed up in hours, better then I could have expected too. Thank you guys for the awesome app and the wonderful support!

Highly recommend! I had a small problem (not the apps/developers fault, all mine) and they were very helpful, fixed my problem right away and were so friendly! App works great.

I cannot for the life of me get this app to work. When I install it, I get a blank page. I've tried multiple browsers. I want to pay for this but I there is no point.

I love this app. It is a fantastic addition to our store. We couldn't operate without it. I got help with the app installation and Alan was wonderful. He went above and beyond for me to install this app and work with my theme. He was super fast and responsive. Highly, highly recommend. 5 stars

Infinite Options saved me from losing a lot of hair with how easy it is to add conditional options to products. Matt is very responsive and helpful in customizing to make things perfect, big thanks!!
