We used Infinite Options to support our product personalisation. User experience is really important, as is the ability to make our entire site look consistent and easy to use. Infinite Options works perfectly for us and the support has been excellent. Thank you!

I used this app to help add an engraving section to my products. I paid the initial set up fee of $20 to have them integrate into my shopify store for me. They were finished by the next day and sent me a link with easy to follow tutorials on how to add my customization options to my product. I'm very shocked at how fast and helpful they are considering the app is completely free. It was very, very easy to add the options to my products. I was afraid that using the app would make my products load slower and that was not an issue (: I am very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Love that it is free! The customer service help desk was great and helped me get it on the page and get the format on the page the way I wanted. Great app, great customer service!

I use this app for options that I have that need to be independent of my inventory. This is the perfect solution for me! On top of being a very useful app, the customer service has been amazing. I'm so grateful for their help since my knowledge of coding is very limited.

As a pretty novice developer this app was super easy to use from the beginning and when I did need some assistance customizing a few things their help team was really great to work with, thanks Logan for helping me get my options-checkout exactly how I wanted it!

This App is excellent it does just what it says and is extremely quick and easy to use. I paid for ShopPad to install the app, very quick, easy and worth the money. Customer support could not be more helpful, they are very quick to answer any questions and have helped me get everything just right. A huge thank you to them.

Great App Excellent and quick Customer service. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this app. A great addition would be for a button to automatically add lists in alphabetical order. Also a update all options list, and add multiple options at once.

Amazing app that does what it claims, installation and options creations were definitely a breeze too, in comparison with other product option apps. Definitely one app I would recommend...furthermore it's free! (: Although I would also encourage to engage their paid services to do the installation properly as I did it myself but the appearance looked messy and the alignment was "off" in the mobile browser so in my opinion, the $20 one-time fee was worth it as it saved me time and headaches to try to fine-tune the code on my own. Logan was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with as he was very efficient and did the appearance as per my request. Thumbs up! (:

We are very pleased with the functionality of this free app. We're using to it to put a note field only on specific products, which is easily accomplished through the app interface. The app is very easy to use and works exactly as we hoped it would.
