I got this app on suggestion from the Shopify Tech Support. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have multiple options with multiple variations and Shopify is limited. The staff at Infinite Options assisted with the install when I had trouble. I ran into a glitch with the option bar not lining up with the other items on my store. The people at Infinite Options quickly replied and made the necessary modifications (plus some extras) that make my store run well. Thank you Infinite Options!

I use this app to bundle my many products together, this is so easy and support is excellent, they even tweaked some alignment issues and suggested I added a NO Thanks option too. Very happy. I recently relaunched my website after a name change and rebranding within a day Shop Pad contacted me unprompted saying they wanted to let my know that when you change or update your theme you need to add a code snippet to the new theme. They also sent an instruction video. So impressed. I had a few problems locating a file so they went in sorted it for me and added a faster loading script to load my options faster!

I deeply appreciate such a generous offer from Infinite Options - a brilliant and super easy to install, navigate and manage personalization app that fixed many issues I was bumping into. Gracias. I have enjoyed multiple styles, ability to choose from text, values, checkboxes, drop-down menu and radio buttons. In my free Debut theme checkboxes and radio buttons are not alighened with text, so I had to use drop-down menus mostly. Super grateful though.

I can't say enough good things about this app. I love how I can add options to my products like text boxes, etc. that I can't get with my theme. The customer service is stellar. I received quick replies to my questions, and the team made some awesome custom adjustments for me. The stress just melted away! I highly recommend this app!

This app is amazing! I can't believe it's free. I was able to install it quickly but encountered an issue with adding bundle options. I began a chat with support and not only did she (Mandy) have it fixed immediately but she also changed some code that made the options look more attractive on my page. I couldn't have asked for better service. The next time I'm looking for apps for Shopify I will be checking ShopPad first. Their product and service is top notch!

I was looking for such an app for a long time. I can't even believe this one is free. I had some trouble with, sent an email and the team was able to fix it before I was able to finish my coffee. Now it works like a charm. One of the best apps and support I've had on Shopify. You can make it work as a gift wrapping option, add-on product and so much more. If you need more custom options for your product, don't waste time looking elsewhere.

I used this app to create custom text boxes for people to customize products and include handwritten notes, which greatly boost average order values. I had a little issue getting it to work with my theme and their support was absolutely amazing, being quick to respond and help me get it up and running exactly how I needed it.

We used this app to allow customers to enter a custom name on an item and are happy with how it is functioning! We had extremely responsive and knowledgeable service and the $20 to have them install and customize for us was well worth it! They even got it done in just a few hours! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great product!

Great app and outstanding customer service! To begin with, I had some trouble setting it up (because I have never coded before), but the guide helped me through it. The app doesn't cover everything within product variation, but it is a really useful (free!) app. I am amazed.
