This app has SAVED our shop! We make dog accessories and we have over 40 different patterns, 5 different sizes, and 4 different kinds of hardware, which you can imagine makes a nightmare for us and variants! Thanks to this app we can easily make changes, our customers can easily select the patterns and sizing they want, and we don't go over the 50 variant limit! Thank you THANK YOU infinite options!!

I LOVE THIS APP AND THIS TEAM! I'm a first timer when it comes to building a website and a business and this team has helped me troubleshoot my website seamlessly. Being in the customer service industry, it's rare that you get so much "hand holding" as we are all busy and want to move onto our next task but this team took the time to understand my issue and went above and beyond to resolve. From helping me edit my layout to look more aesthetically pleasing to solving an "add to cart" dilemma, they were so incredible. Thank you!!

The absolute best customer service experience! I needed help with installing the app and the ShopPad team was more than willing to help me out. They even went above and beyond by helping fix some small formatting issues that they had noticed on my site. I look forward to continuing to use their apps and I know I can count on them. I have been using this app for about a week, but I absolutely LOVE it! My only regret is that I wish I knew about it sooner. It provides me with options that I have been wishing for months that Shopify had. I love Shopify, but before I discovered this app the one con with Shopify was how they limited the variants to only 3 options. I was sure that there had to be a way around that. This app solves that problem and allows me to do more. It has made offering my online product options so much easier. I did have a bit of a hiccup after setting it up. The final product page with options would not display properly. I know nothing about writing code, so I contacted customer service and Alan got back to me quickly. His customer service was AMAZING, and I'm typically a tough critic when it comes to that, and the issue was resolved right away. Even with the very tiny hiccup (which really was nothing because it was taken care of so quickly and painlessly), I still give 5-stars because I love the app and love their customer service!!

I've had this app for almost a year on mybrandandme.com.au and it works really well. My customers always comment about how easy it is to order and my conversion rate is over 5%, and as 80% of my orders are by mobile, it makes this app is even more impressive given upload themes etc. The service team are awesome too. Just today Mandy and Alan smashed out solutions for me as I looked to change Shopify themes and didn't want to lose my links / set up. They even noticed a few extra things that wouldn't work with Infinite Options and fixed those for me too! 5 stars (including Mandy and Alan)

I used the app for adding variants that allow customers to input text for custom printing. Great on-boarding tutorials as well.
