Infinite Product Options

I needed an app where I had the option to create a text box where customers could insert the info I needed to create their semi-custom stationery suites. I ran into some issues but the team (and especially Alan) at ShopPad were super helpful. They even worked with my theme developer to iron out the issues so everything would work well together. Superb customer service! Would totally recommend this app to people who need to have different option selections in their shop. Aside from the text box you can have drop-down menus and various features, and if you get stuck, just get in touch with the team and they'll help you out.

I had the pleasure of working on a number of a few of my own Shopify ventures with a very helpful and efficient responder by the name of Kayla! She was more helpful than I could have ever hoped for! I had questions and she had immediate solutions! She assured me that I could continue to contact her with any questions I might have and I am sure I will do that in the future!

Absolutely fantastic! I have very limited know how when it comes to anything technical and I am amazed that I have been able to add to my shopify store a text box for personalisation details. I paid for the team to install Infinite options and it was well worth the money as it was done within 24 hours. The setup of the options were very easy using the video provided. I am very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Infinite Options is perfect for my store! Since everything I make is personalized this app was a must have for me. And the staff is beyond amazing! Any questions I had they answered right away and were so helpful! Thank you for this app- it truly is a lifesaver for my shop! :)

A few years ago I stumbled across Infinite Options via a googled shopify guru post. it seemed to do exactly what i needed it to do. Simple enough to paste the snippet in and i was up and running with offering my customers a way to personalize their place cards! brilliant. Now we are migrating to Shopify 2.0 and we noticed a cosmetic change that needed to be made that would make the form fields look better, so i reached out to ShopPad and had a great exchange with Emily. In a few hours she had a fix to my need. My page is now LITERALLY, and EXACTLY what i wanted... both in form and function! 10/10 for me. AND IT'S FREE!!!! cant ask for more. thank you Emily for your help.

Really happy with the support. Solution to our issue was given promptly and effectively. The product is great as well, currently we are only using a text box but it fits in seamlessly with our theme.

The app is awesome. Saves us a lot of time contacting customers asking how they want to personalize their gifts, and they are loving it because they aren't confused anymore. I got the "expert install service" and Logan was super helpful, quick to respond and is still providing amazing support on some questions I have. Definitely get this app!
