I was not satisfied at first because I encountered some issues, things were not working for my store. But, it turns out that everything was fixable and I had great, personalized and quick support from the team. I absolutely recommend this app if you need to give options to the costumes when selecting products on your store. In my case, I sell customized products. So, this app works great for me. If you have some problem with the configuration, don't uninstall it. Shopify themes work differently, so you may need adjustments for your store. Just reach their support first. They really answer you quickly and efficiently.

I'm always curious about how good an app is before I go ahead and install so I always read reviews and have a good think before I install. First, this came as a recommendation from a Shopify Support representative and I then have to see it in action from other users stores. I have to say, this little addition to our store will help us as well as our customers, making it clear where they are to go and add customisation to their orders, ensuring this is done before item is added to cart. We see their customisations in the cart, we see it in the emails that are sent to customer and ourselves. It appears also that this app is capable far beyond our needs but it does exactly what it says. I've made a few changes to code since adding this app which improves things for us. Also, I have reached out to their support team for how I can make a few changes and they've been most helpful. Thank you Mandy for your assistance :-)

Infinite Options is easy to use and looks great on my product listings. Once you create your rulesets, the options appear at the top of your product description. Shoppers can easily select their options from a drop-down menu. Easy and inexpensive!
