Anish was super helpful and went the extra mile when others didn't to ensure that my custom details box that I added was showing within my order confirmations that I received from shopify. I loved how easy this was to set up, coding is not for me so this was a really simple and effective option for my store. Thank you!

Very easy to use. Customer service was great and very responsive. I also have a custom theme and bought their integration so that everything looks correct with the theme. Super quick on the install and very helpful.

Fantastic app! I have a nautical chart cuff bracelet that customers can customize and a standard variant option just wouldn't do (I couldn't possibly list every location out there). This app allows my customers to tell me exactly what location they want in a text field. I chose to have someone install it for me for the $20 fee to save myself a lot of time, since time really is money, and it was worth it. Nicole was great helping me integrate Order Printer with Infinite Options. I now have the personalization options from Infinite Options showing up on the customer's invoice. Both are great apps to give a customized ordering option for your customers. Great customer service! I am surprised that Shopify does not include a better invoice/packing slip to send with the customer's purchase but these two apps fill the bill.

Used the Infinite Options App, and it was AMAZING! After being so frustrated with Shopify not being able to offer me enough options for my customers, I wasn't sure what or how we would be able to get it right. Along came the Infinite Options App! Customer service was extremely helpful and fast! Within a day they had my code done and implemented on my site to match the current design, and from there, it was a super easy tutorial on how to implement it. Perfect! Thanks again ShopPad!

This is a FANTASTIC app with amazing customer service. I love the option to pay a small fee and have the set up done for you, although the instructions are so clear, it can easily be done on one's own. The app provides unparalleled flexibility in creating custom fields and the interface is intuitive. You can assign a field based on a product type, tag, vendor or a specific product (using handle or URL). There are 6 types of field options (text, checkbox, pull down, etc) and you have full control over the field title and instructional/placeholder text and can have default values and set it to required if need be. The Better Reports app allows you to include data from the Infinite Options custom fields in reports! These two apps combined are game changers for Shopify users.

This app was simple to use and I would recommend it. It has a nice interfac eand seems to work well. It seems to be a kind of meta-field editor that easily used by the non-technically minded. The rule based structure of the product options means that it is easy to pull them up or take them down, applying them to a number of products by tags or other methods, without having to individually edit each product. If your site experiences a glitch, you can re-save the rule and bring the feature back online quickly.

I really love this app, its so incredibly helpful to my website. My only tiny critique is that the radio buttons have a blue spot on them once selected - its quite jarring with my theme.. maybe they could be in black or grey, or any other color? But it still gets 5 stars. Thank you
