www.oaklyrical.co.uk really pleased with the service from these guys. We managed to insert code but struggled to get to work with theme as we wanted. We paid for the update service and for $20 saved us hours messing about and allows us to work on what we do best. Site not live yet so can't comment on how app works in the real world but so far so good.Thanks

I am so impressed with not only the ease of this app, but the customer service of the support team! The customer service team has gone above and beyond to help me with both basic questions I had, as well as some that were more in depth. I have used other option apps (my store sells personalized items, so having an app that allows customers to write their options is so important) but most were very clunky to use and had a complicated back end process, not to mention expensive. This app is AMAZING to use, so easy, integrates well with my branding, and incredibly affordable. So impressed! Thank you, Infinite Options!

I was frustrated that I was limited to 100 variants for my items, but now the problem is entirely gone! AND THE APP IS FREE! I could sing from the rooftops. It was easy to set up, and easy to use. The walk-throughs for installation and setup are perfect. 10/10 so far, THANK YOU!

This app has been wonderful in providing unlimited variables. I have had absolutely no issues so far and the staff were very helpful when I needed some assistance setting up something else completely unrelated.

Just got this app! A+ it does what I want. I had to work with a wonderful shopify tech to do a few things and it was all good. But then I had one more thing to be fixed. Spoke with infinite options tech Mandy and she solved it right away. I am tickled at having this app......awesome

The customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD! My experience thus far has been stress-free & I have had no difficulty getting in touch with someone when I've had questions or concerns. Far from the norm. I'm yet to use an easier app on Shopify.

I used the app support to install Infinite Options and it definitely saved me. I found support extremely prompt and when I have had follow up questions I find support extremely positive and helpful. Most app support is Lousy. So this is fantastic! Use Shop Pad.

I definitely recommend this app, especially for anyone in the restaurant business. Not only is it easy to use but the customer support is excellent. They fixed all of the issues within 24 hours and they repsond back quickly!

I had a couple of teething issues with the app-mainly due to my lack of knowledge. Alan at the customer support team was a fantastic help and resolved everything for me. I wish I'd have contacted customer support sooner! They really were great!
