Infinite Options worked great for me, exactly as it was supposed to. Much better for creating options than Shopify's built in stuff. When I had a couple of minor issues, their support people were very quick to reply, making the fix or telling me how to. They also made good suggestions for less obvious things, to make it a better experience for my customers and myself.

Such a useful app for adding combinations of options to a product, with choice of dropdowns, radio buttons or checkboxes (and text areas - but I didn't need to use those). Paid options are added to a product by making those options individual products in their own right (outside the app) and then using the app to bundle those options in with the main product that you're using the app with. At first I thought this wouldn't work for our site as we didn't want those options visible on the site as separate products, but it turned out it was easy to hide the individual 'option' products by creating a new Collection for just the main products we wanted to show (without the 'options as products'), and using that Collection as our 'All Products' page. Easy, and works really well. The support from ShopPad has also been amazing. Responsive, straight up about what could and couldn't be done, friendly (no making me feel stupid for not knowing something!), very helpful and professional. I've no hesitation in giving them a five-star rating, and frankly they deserve more stars as this app is *free*. Wow. So glad we found this app, and this developer!

This product looks great and helps us out a great deal. There were some slight issues but they jumped right in and helped us out! 10/10 recommend. -> just realized this looks like a clique. But its real. :)

The Infinite Options app works great. Our theme code makes finding things a bit difficult. We opted for the paid set up, and it was a breeze. A year later, I updated our store theme and things didn't look quite right. I emailed support and they sent me a fix right away. Great app, and great support!

Thanks Matt Van Winkle for the patient to implement a block of non selectable date, this enable us not to allow customer to select these date during our holidays.

GREAT APP! It's super easy to add and remove options to products :) I needed options for my product. I did find some tutorials to code text boxes and drop downs into a theme. Talk about confusing! This app made the options a breeze. While there where a few hiccups for me, the support is great. That is the real value. They answer questions, aim for first response resolution on issues plus hints and tips to help your store work smoothly with the app. Not to mention its FREE :) Thanks a alot!

I have used this app for over a year to help my customers customize flavor selections and add a personalized message. I ran into a problem after the holiday season when the app stopped carrying over the flavor selections to the order. The customer service team was responsive to me immediately---even over a holiday weekend when they were closed. They put their team on it and fixed it asap. I truly appreciate the customer service I have received.

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY with the level of service from these guys. I sent a question asking how to customize something and they just went in and did it for me for free. App is great as well. Very simple and easy to use. Highly recommended!

I love how in depth i can get with all my options. and I've never done anything with code before. this is, by far, the clearest setup instructions I've ever seen. Thanks for such a great app!
