I just quit a job in customer service to go full time with my own business. I'm switching from Squarespace to Shopify and the customer service Alan gave me was the best -- and I worked in CS for 12 years. He set the tone for what I hope continues to be a great experience with Shopify and the apps I'm finding while building my website! Thanks again Alan and ShopPad.

This app is amazing and allows me to run 1 website for both wholesale and retail! the service is excellent and the support is far above all expectations. Quick efficient and knowledgeable! Kayla Anderson is great!

Great APP ! very easy to use and very flexible ! And mostly... AWESOME support - quick and high level support in order to adapt their code to my request and my specific theme. Thanx A LOT

Awesome and patient support! Kayla was really helping out, was not so sure about what she is mention starting but once you try it then you will figure it out yourself! My problem is = I use IO to create the option for my customer to put in like, alternative contact, wording for the cake, candle and I use vendor option for faster implement instead of adding a tag to each product to have them show up. I have a few product which doesn't require any option but I'm using Vendor option and they keep showing up, even using different product template without IO liquid code install in that theme they still showing up. I have reach support for my question and i'm not sure about what kayla mention and go try it and found out is so easy. All you have to do is put the option as below example: Vendor And Tag In this way, without the Tag, they will definitely not showing up. It took me awhile to understand. Excellent product. I paid the $20 to get installed, because I didn't have time to do it myself. ShopPad had it done, in a couple of hours. This app does everything you need to add extra options to your products. Very easy to use...

The app works well. We use it for product ADD-ON with additional fee (price increase). The ShopPad team is very impressive with quick response. Kayla helped us with some custom CSS code to make it look even better. Quick and affordable set up to make the layout work for our theme, very responsive customer service. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless product bundle option. Update: Christian and the team were very responsive to help with our needed updates. 10/10 service!

I'm very happy with this app. Easy to set up with provided docs. Does what I need and solved a huge problem for me. Now I can add unlimited custom options to a limited supply of products and not mess up my inventory count! I contacted support when I couldn't figure something out and they were very friendly and helpful.

This subtle and powerful plugin saved me so much theme customization! The flexibility of infinite options lets me do some amazing customization to my products and checkout. I am using IO to offer add-on products with unobtrusive check-boxes. It's simple & well documented. RTFM!
