I really love this app … it does everything I need it to on my website. The support team are brilliant as well and really helpful … Mandy set up an add-on option I wanted and then emailed details on how she had done it. Perfect … and hopefully I will be able to do it myself next time! Thank you :)

I needed this so customers could provide information about their skin care needs for free samples. Because of my theme it took me some trial and error to get it to work, I did reach out to customer support and they reply quickly. I did already have it working by then but had 2 problems, One with one function not working and the other with style. The fix the issues for me promptly. We really needed this functionality and we were surprised it wasn't built into Shopify. We tried the free version of the app but couldn't find the right place in the template to load the code -it is a custom template so it was a bit different from the instructions. We went ahead and paid the $20 to have ShopPad load it for us. Best twenty dollars we've ever spent. It was up and running within a couple hours. We love the app and ShopPad has great customer service. Highly recommend!!

I love this app - I run a candle and wax business and require lots of options for scents and this app works great. I reached out for some help and they responded extremely quickly and helped me efficiently!! Highly recommend.

I am using this app to add lots of additional options that make checkout and automation so much easier! And tech support is fantastic. I was having some issues (as I am not very tech savvy) and they were able to easily point me in the right direction and I was ready in minutes! 2 thumbs up.

I honestly can't believe this app is free! It did what I needed to do, ran into issues but the tech support was able to help me out (thanks Alan!). I hope I can fix issues on my end...if it all works out, this app saved me a lot of time and money. :)

It's easy to use and opens within the Shopify interface, the documentation is good, and the CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GREAT! This app fills a huge gap in Shopify's capabilities! It's free, really, and they aren't using your data or customer information in any way...(I double checked the privacy policy). The only thing it doesn't have that I want is dependencies between the option sets...hopefully in a future release it will!

I have installed this app and during installation, I stuck in codes. I have contacted support and a wonderful guy name Logan helped me a lot and he fixed my codes. I really recommend this app, they have really amazing customer service. UPDATE: I want to leave another 5-star review because they helped me again, Logan was really helpful and he provides really quick and wonderful service. Perfect customer service. So once again, If I could rate I will rate Logan with 5-star review and I would recommend Infinite Options app, they are offering you all that your shop needs.

We use this app to accentuate the options already present in shopify. it allows us to customize product options as we see fit and expand on the amount of variants needed to make a great user experience.

This app is by far my favorite as we have so many choices for our customers when it comes to customization. I've had a few issues with the app not working with some other apps I was trying, but since this is my top useful one, I ditched the others so I could keep this. The staff at ShopPad have always been quick to respond and get me rolling again.

GREAT GREAT GREAT!!! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Very easy to use. I do believe though, the one time $20 you spend to setup the aesthetic part of it, can improve, it should manage more details.
