An absolutely wonderful app with the most incredible customer service. Couldn't recommend it enough! Very easy to use, and if you have any questions at all, the customer service is just phenomenal. They respond so quickly and will go above and beyond to make the app work for you. Overall: a wonderful experience.

Infinite Options is a great add-on app to Shopify. I was able to customize a field I needed my customers to fill out when placing an order. The customer service is awesome! They get back to you right away and always have a solution! I would highly recommend this app.

This is THE best app available for custom product options. We tried all of the paid ones and this is by far the easiest and most customizable app. Our products normally have 7-8 options and this one has everything we need. I'm writing this review because our only hesitation with this app was the style of the drop downs and menu items were different than our theme. BUT a quick note to the team and Noah and Alan helped us fix that within minutes. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!!!

Very easy to install, great to use! I bought the white glove service and the installation was quick, and worked perfectly...also, it is about the cheapest IT support I have ever purchased. Shoppad knows how to make it easy and inexpensive to run a website!

This app is wonderful!! Very easy to use and design-friendly. It looks clean and modern and the fact that we can add as many options as we want is truly a gift! We use it for order customization for a very custom product and it works great. Customers find it easy to fill out, the chosen options show up in their cart and checkout, and all of the information is in one place when we receive the order. We had an issue with integration and contacted support. They responded in one day and helped us out quickly and were very friendly. Would highly recommend this app and the company!

I really enjoy using this app. It gives my customers options, I wasn't able to provide before I discovered this app. I had a minor issue that I couldn't solve myself. I reached out to the support team, and just like that IT WAS SOLVED! I would recommend this app to other stores!

This app made it easy to add personalization options to my products and created a better user experience than my previous set up that only had a "notes to seller" option at checkout. It was easy to install and set up. I'm thinking about getting Uploadery as well, so I love that I could try this app for free to try out a ShopPad app. Couple of things I learned: • The labels under settings show up on the user's cart page, so use customer-friendly labels. • I also followed the install instructions on the dashboard to show the user's entered options at checkout and ended up with a duplicate copy of the options. Guess my theme (Supply) already had the appropriate code to make the options show up. It was easy enough to remove. Thanks, ShopPad!

A very convenient app. Very helpful customer support. They solved my problem almost instantly. Recommended for everyone, especially if you don't want to spend too much time on coding.

This app is great and very easy to use. It was especially helpful for me because I have a lot of options for my products that don't affect the product price so I was able to create those options with Infinite Options and then create Product Variants that changed the price in the product admin area of Shopify. Perfect!
