Infinite Product Options

***I did find the app was a little glitchy when I was trying to set up options on Safari, but I switched to Firefox just while I was getting things set up and then it worked like a charm.*** I've been using Shopify for years and have never had a good solution for how our customers can communicate their product choices when they purchase one of our bundle packages. Up until now, we've had to rely on customers leaving us a note at checkout, but about 75% of the time they instead send us hysterical emails that there is no place to leave a note. WELL, this morning I found the Infinite Options app. What a game changer! The instructions for install were absolutely crystal clear, even for a programming fool such as myself. I've successfully installed the app on our current theme as well as on a new theme we're still customizing, and I've gotten product options up and running for two bundle packs. They look great on the product page, they look great in the cart, and I have never been prouder of myself for my computer programmer fakery. I was so elated with the app that I ended up sending ShopPad a love letter. I can't believe this app is free.

This app makes it super easy to add additional options. Looks great!! Live chat support is awesome! They even edit your CSS on the spot if you ask them to make the app match your theme!!

Amazing find...I needed to force my customers to choose a finish before adding products to their cart and this was just the thing! There was a minor glitch interacting with my custom theme, but Alan and his team were super hands-on working with me and the theme developer via email to fix it! Everything works flawlessly now and I couldn't be more impressed with both the app and level of customer service. What are you waiting for?!

Really useful. Helped me to add many more options to the products we sell, and also pretty straightforward to add to templates, such as the invoice and packing list.

Just set the app up. Looks like what I needed for my customers to be able to customize options since all my products are made-to-order. Paid the $20 for the team to install the code in my theme. They completed it in less than 1 hour. Great service.

Awesome solution! I sell pendants with 3 chain size selections which when I set up as variants, would not track pendant only inventory. I use the same chain selections for for all my pendant styles so this was a major issue. Minutes after downloading Infinite Options the problem was solved.

HOLY CRAP - AWESOME!!! We have an ENORMOUS list of classes to bundle and sell at discounts but this guy just spent an hour on the phone with us and is making sure we are setup right and with everything we need!!! I paid the $20 white glove service and it was provided instantly - they also have training videos online which is extremely important. We were looking at another product which is hundreds of dollars per year between their $99.99 initial purchases, plus $20/month, plus coding/customization fees - and you can't even call them. You have to schedule a call with them and sometimes you have to talk over a "bridge" just to speak with this other app (yes - I know - ridiculous - how did they ever get customers?). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Infinite Options app over other apps any day of the week. This app is FREE, has incredible service and well worth it because again, it's free. I even tried to offer them $$$ because they've obviously earned it but they refused. Amazing Amazing App & Peeps!!! And for the most important record of all, I don't WHY know Shopify doesn't recommend this app 1st (above the more expensive lesser service option they seem to push). Infinite Options is definitely THE BEST CHOICE for bundling, checklists, product offerings, etc. (and I think they just added class dates for me too wooohoooooo)!!!!! CeInstitute.com
