Support is the best! Also, the quality always is checked carefully. And average shipping time is in the top of POD industry.

if i could give them -5 stars I would. Unless you want to have to replace every item for crap print quality or terrible embroidery, hard pass on this one. theres pleny other POD companies that do quality work and actually QC thier products before shipping. This company has cost me thousands of dollars in replacements because of incorrect colors and just flat out embarssing work. in response to the comment below. the wrong embroidery color was only the final straw in literally every project being an embarassing mess. I am not new to the embroidery or POD worlds. the work you do is absolutely substandard.
Hey this is Geena, we have been speaking for the last couple of weeks through support tickets. We understand your concern regarding the thread colors in the recent embroidery order. We do our best to make the design guidelines/embroidery rules readily available and have a standing offer for sellers to email any specific art files to our support team ([email protected]) to confirm that they are conducive to our embroidery standards. I also see that Brett has reached out to you. Hopefully we can come to some sort of resolution.

A: Why would you send hats in a bag and not a box? Frustrated customer that would like to see this change. B: Thank you kindly for the response. It took me a long time to figure out as I had deleted many apps and reinstalled due to an issue. I just happen to be in my final review after reinstalling and posting t shirts, etc and ran into the log files and noticed an order#. This hat was chosen from an advertiser to wear on his show. He said the hat was good other than the bag delivery and was bent out of shape. I'll reinstall maybe and use the app. Would like to see reviews of the product while creating the appeal.
Thanks for your review. CustomCat ships hats with air pillows inside the cap to maintain the structural integrity during transit to buyer. We ship 500+ caps every day and the Sept report shows 2 were replaced due to damaged in transit. We stand behind our service and would always replace an order that is lost, or damaged, in transit. Your hat was delivered over 100 days ago? We typically cant replace a shipping issue over 3 months after you received the order but you can email [email protected], with a picture to illustrate any order concern, and tell Mike B said it's okay to buy you a new hat. I am continuously blown away by how amazing Customcat is as my drop shipping provider. Not only have I never had a customer complaint on any product they have shipped, but I constantly am getting praise for how fast they are able to print, usually the same day as ordered, and promptly ship the products. On top of all that I recently had the opportunity to attend a convention to sell some of my products in person, but was very limited on time given before hand. I called Customcats customer service line, where I was quickly greeted by a very friendly person, who helped me with all my questions, and then offered to personally keep an eye on my order to make sure it would ship in time for my convention, but none of that even became an issue because they were able to fulfill my entire order, of 5 different shirt designs on multiple sizes, multiple different designed mugs, and a variety of sticker designs, totaling 79 various items the day I placed the order and shipped it out that night! If you are looking for a good drop shipping company for your new online business, look no further, Customcat is leaps and bounds ahead of all the completion! I can't wait to continue to work with them for years to come!
