Some orders have taken over a month, they've sent designs from other shops to my customers and their customer service holds zero accountability for their mistakes (They went as far as to blame me for contacting the wrong department once) The fact this is one of the fulfillment companies in which you have to pay a membership fee to lose money is crazy. I'm actually going to be shutting down my site because I have to re-visit my fulfillment options. not worth it.
Hi! I am sorry that you didnt like your experience with CustomCat. I assure you that 95% of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days. The only time it can take a month to deliver a package is when the delivery location is in a remote location overseas. Usually, the customers ordering from these remote locations understand that delivery can take a little longer. Nonetheless, if something took that long, we will rectify this. I do not see any contact from your account to our support team on this matter. If you wanted to email us we can address this issue.

good product selection but I wasted lots of hours attempting to resize the logo for the embroidered products and watching their tutorials but to no avail! Also, the logo is not simulated as embroidery and looks crappy on on the website.

I have had a great experience with CustomCat so far. Good customer service. Very good mug quality. Great products in general. Definitely worth trying them out.

My experience is that their customer service rocks. I called them with a question, no hold, it just rang and someone immediately picked up and was very nice and helpful.

i really wanted to like this company, and the $6 tshirt price is excellent for the monthly rate, however, the app is SUPER buggy and frustratingly problematic. the customer service is awesome though, im not gonna knock them at all, if you have an issue they WILL sort it quick. the quality control in the manufacturing is decent. several of my clients have received garments that had completely different designs on them, even ones that were not in my library AT ALL. with more work this company can be great, but i am deleting for now.

Customer support with Customcat is stellar! It's not just their knowledge of the application and its integration with Shopify, but is their enthusiasm and friendly attitude when answering my questions. Keep up the great work!

About 50% of our orders were printed incorrectly...Some were crooked, others placed in an incorrect position. Customer service was very hard to deal with. Our entire experience was so bad that we would not promote the sales of our shirts. The errors were not on our end with the printing problems. We wasted a lot of money waiting for CustomCat to get the printing problems fixed. Just when we thought it was fixed there were more horribly printed shirts. It was so bad we had to call every single customer and ask if their shirt was printed correctly. You talk about time consuming. We had NO faith in the product through CustomCat. We wasted not only money, but a lot of time that we could have been building a strong customer base. We have found an EXCEPTIONAL t-shirt print company. Please don't waste your time with this company.

I have had a very good experience with CustomCat. Customer support is excellent. The app has so many great products and the prices are so low! There was a recent large order that somehow was incorrectly placed and processed, causing our shipping to be later than promised. One of their team, Brett, went FAR above the call of duty to make this right on their end. Just know that I've never seen someone go the distance, literally, to make a customer happy. Long Live CustomCat!

Great app. Easy to use and the customer service is great. I have tried several other fulfillment options but CustomCat is absolutely the best. They have the fastest turn around for product fulfillment, the largest selection and the quality is always first rate. Any questions we have are immediately by their staff. Keep up the great work!!!!

I ordered 5 t-shirt samples and the quality of the shirts looked like they came from a old black garbage bag from a storage unit. The graphics were faded. the simple white design on a black t-shirt turned out to be dark gray. I ordered the same design from another company and It turned out perfect. Plus the backend is a nightmare uploading designs, plan on wasting many hours. I would be happy to show the comparison of the shirts I ordered if there was the option.
Hi, I am sorry that your sample came out poor. We would love to rectify this. Next time you get an order that comes out poor quality, let us know. We operate at a 1% defective rate. This is great in terms of the industry, but you have to contact our support team about this. There is no record of you contacting our support team to help you out.

I use multiple vendors to fulfill my orders and CustomCat stands out as the best for apparel. The app connects seamlessly with Shopify and orders are fulfilled automatically. The pricing is great. I just wish they fulfilled ALL of the products I offer!

I feel compelled to write this looking at the negative comment below. The prints I have received from CC are beautiful and vibrant. This person is clearly either a competitor or just inexperienced with digital printing because they say that CC does not lay a base down. Clearly CC uses a white base to make the colors more vibrant if you can see the white border. SMH.
