Yo, my prints are garbage! Supreme logo bite print on dark tees, the shirt shows thru a LOT on white. These guys don't lay a base down. The graphics have white borders on some. The pre-treat they spray on the DTG shirts are so heavy that you can notice the discoloration. Not worth saving a few bucks if you're really trying to start a quality brand. My Epson printer at home does a better job. I am moving all my stuff away from these "cats". I really wanted to like them too since they're in the Motor city, but I can't stand behind my products with their printing. Get SAMPLES! *Edited, to be fair, The smaller sizes, S, M and Kids size prints look decent. But since they limit their files to PNGs, etc and not vector files, when they print on larger shirts they don't look good. A competitor? Come on, If they let you post pictures I would send them. The print on an ASH tank came out washed out. I have the same print from a different POD provider and it's clear, bright and concise. Embroidery? It's a joke. Great customer service. Called up customer service, since I had issues with my order not appearing in CustomCat. I ended up talking to Mike from customer service and he was more than great. He solved all the problems I had and answered all my questions as well. There was no issue reaching their phone, like other people state there is. Most of their low reviews are mostly because the people who left them, were too quick to jump to action and conclusions. They're more than great and offer so much more, than most other print companies. Great service and prices.

overcharge you for purchases, send massive charges without permission and have a faulty system for handling paypal payments. had a much easier time with printful and will be returning to them.

Hi. I just want to clarify a couple things. We will NEVER overcharge you for anything. This is completely against our policy and not something we do. If you think you were charged more than you should have, it may have been a rare mistake. If this was a mistake, we will ALWAYS correct this. Every single time. Also, our relationship with PayPal is great and we can process orders quickly, efficiently, and as secure as you can possibly be about transaction processing. Wish I could give them more, but twice now they have sent garments out with nothing on them. Another garment was sent out with a hole and no replacement shirt to be sent out. Customers ordered black shirts with a black print or a dark ash shirt with black print, and instead of letting anyone know there was a problem, they send it out blank and say you would not see the ink. Weird, because I have printed many black on blacks and people love them. Weird that they would not contact you with an issue, then just send the customer a blank shirt, TWICE. Then, no refund, they just tell you to remove the product and quit selling. All the rest I am liking, but we just can't get over the fact that they would send two of our customers a blank shirt and act like the ink is there but you can't see it because it is black on black. These three issues have come about within selling 30 or less shirts.

I sell a fair amount of shirts using Custom Cat. The system works well for me overall. For T-Shirts the turnover is fast, but sometimes there are delays with items other than standard Tee's. This can be frustrating as there is really no way to talk to anyone in the company other than Customer support, who really aren't able to help. Nowadays people are just spoiled by Amazon... they get really antsy if they have to wait 3-4 days for something to ship. Overall, I would be very happy with the system and company if the print quality were better. The fact is, the print is just not at the level of quality you would see selling in a retail setting, (other than perhaps a discount type store). Quality control seems to be a weak spot. As a seller, I really want to sell things I myself would be happy to buy, and in all honesty I can't say this is the case frequently with Custom Cat. I get a fair amount of returns where there's not really anything 'wrong' per se... just a general disappointment with the overall look of the print...and when I see the returned item, I'm in full agreement with the customer... it just doesn't look as good as it should. To be fair, I've had the same issues with other printers. I almost feel that maybe POD just isn't quite ready for prime time. But there are times when it actually looks good. I would almost be willing to spend an extra buck or 2 for a 'premium' print where they aren't so stingy with ink coverage -- and had some QC in place. Since you don't actually see the shirts, You need to be able to trust that the merchandise is up to par. I'm going to continue with Custom Cat, because the pricing is very competitive and as I've mentioned, the system works well for me. My only wish is the POD technology, or the machines/staff could produce a really consistently high quality product that I'd feel proud to sell to a friend. At this stage it's not quite there.

Hi! Actually, new customers are our favorite! We do not prioritize established stores over new stores. We have an amazing support staff that is around all day during business hours. Our support team and customer service team always responds within 24 hours. It MIGHT be 48 around Christmas time.

Absolutely awful company. It took weeks for them to ship out an order. I contacted them after a week of silence and asked them to cancel and refund me so I could go with someone else. They waited DAYS to respond, and didnt even respond to my request saying first orders take longer to ship out. That makes absolutely no sense. I asked again June 2nd for them to simply refund and cancel. They waiting til a day AFTER it shipped to respond and say they can't refund once an order is shipped out. Obviously, because you purposefully waited til the day after to respond to me. This is definitely not the last I'll hear from them. This is the day of fast shipping. It shouldn't take over two weeks to receive a shirt.

Hi. I am taking a look at your account and it looks like you have one order. The order that you placed was shipped slightly after our 2-3 business day window. We ship at least 95% of our order in 2 business days, but once in a great while it can take a few extra business days. This can be due to an increased volume in production. I also see that we refunded you for this order as soon as you voiced your concern, but we did not hear back from you.

Very disappointing. I spent hours setting up my products. I chatted with CustomCat about design sizes etc, and they were always very helpful. I ordered my first test product, and the colour was rubbish. After the first wash there were cracks all through it. I contacted them via messanger again, and they said they'd look into it. Even though its been a couple of weeks now, they still haven't replied. Even though I can see they have seen my message (FYI CustomCat, once you read a message on messanger the other person can SEE that you've seen it). I can see great potential, but it needs a lot of work. And people with enough balls to own up if they screw up. Can't recommend.

Hi! I apologize that your first order did not turn out like you wanted. I can assure you this is a big anomaly. Our shirts sustain its color and quality for over 50 washes at least. I can see from our notes that we responded to you on June 4th. We never heard back from you. If you contact us again, we can look into fixing this order for you at no cost.

Custom Cat is a great company to deal with. After a small hiccup, they contacted me and went out of their way to resolve the situation. I really appreciated the way they handled things. Not all companies would be so attentive with a new client. Their fabrics are above and beyond the competition. I highly suggest you try them out.

TLDR: I love this company. I've had several months experience with them on multiple levels and they have rocked it out every time. I was a little skeptical about using CustomCat as my primary DTG company when I first read their reviews. I'm really glad I took a chance, I've been using these guys for several months. I've had many orders and yes, there have been a few glitches ( it's going to happen no matter where you go.) I'm giving these guys a five star rating because I think they deserve it. I tried to use a few other companies and either creating your products is a nightmare or their pricing is ridiculous. I've attempted to create products with just about every single company out there at the moment, and I kept coming back to CustomCat. Pricing is amazing. I'm only using the Lite version and I'm still getting great margin and having room to test different price points and offer some sweet discounts and still come out well on top. If I sign up for their paid version that gets even better and basically two sales pays for it a month. No brainer. As I said, there have been a few glitches and I had those glitches sorted out quickly and efficiently and I adore their customer service. To test out customer service I sent an issue through email, phone and Facebook messenger and all were answered in a timely manner. Customer service has always been kind and professional and I enjoy having them get my back. I have had excellent order quality. I had to make some adjustments to my files but the printing and quality of everything I have received from CC has been excellent. My test order has become some of my favorite items in my own wardrobe. However, do your due diligence! Check the quality of your images and the sizes and make a test order to check the quality of some of the garments. Some of the t-shirt models are not super premium quality and you can't expect amazing quality from a sub-par garment, but these guys have a lot of choices in high quality garments to make a good margin without having to go with the cheapest item listed. What Could Be Better: The user interface is a little too barebones and it takes a minute to get the hang of it. I highly recommend watching CC's YouTube tutorials before getting started because there are a lot of short cuts that aren't very apparent before you know they exist. The product images could be a little better done for the hats and some of the lesser offered items. It would be cool to have a model mock up option like Printful. It would be awesome also if they offered some of the new options that others are offering such as being able to send a sticker with your orders or title things like that. I'm sure those things are coming. I waited a month before I left this review because I wanted to get the full picture before I just left one. I'm glad I waited because now I know I have faith in the fact that these guys are my number 1 go-to POD supplier and I am looking forward to a long and happy relationship with them. I'll be sure to change my review if that ever changes but for now I'm glad I found them!

Unfortunately, customcat failed in the quality of almost every shirt I had ordered(10 shirts total). Many had random white spots and discoloration on the design as well as some that felt very rough at the touch, which might've been slightly burnt from being left under the press too long. Their pricing and variety is great, but due to a lack of quality in multiple shirts in my order I can't trust them with my customers. I have contacted customer service, but have been left at a standstill as of right now.
