Great app and great people behind it! Spoke with Mike earlier and he was a tremendous help explaining the various, resourceful features Custom Cat offers. Looking forward to working with these guys long term!

bad, bad, bad, do not reply, keep sending auto emails, do not solve problem, if you are with them check order shipping, they over charge, my client paid 4.90 shipping and on their orders is 13.91, and also they charge you in somebody else name and you do not know. like mylocker.com is confusing i am trying to solve a problem and no where to call. bad service..

I switched to custom cat about a month and half ago. Great variety of products offered and fulfilment of my orders have been timely which has saved me time on my customer support. I also have had a great experience with Custom Cat's support as I needed help with getting personalization of products to work on my site. They were happy to help, figured it out and got me up and running to be able to offer personalized products!

I have used it for 1 month and feel it is very bad, 10 days without tracking leads to many customers' refund. Order status don't update. So very bad.
Hello, please check your CC processed order dashboard for fulfilment status. Most of your orders have shipped in a 2-3 business days average. I do see 4 orders from late May that had stock replenishment delays from our suppliers but those are in production and your should see tracking soon .

We have been using the CustomCat App. successfully for years and the products and customer service has been outstanding. Been using CC for over 2 years. They're the best. Especially with their new warehouse and upgraded everything, you will not find better turnaround times in the POD business. Nor better customer service or tech support.

I've been with them for almost 4 years now - my customers love the quality, the shipping times are lightning fast, and the support has been really really good. I especially like how responsive they are in their Facebook group for issues that are not order-related.

CustomCat is awesome! Great prices, great quality, and a wide selection of print-on-demand products. We tested a VERY difficult design (mix of b&w, greyscale, full color, and pastel colors) with CC and 8 other PoD companies. All done on a black, 100% ultra cotton t-shirt. CC came back with the best quality and best price. You won't be sorry for using them. Their support is top-notch as well!

CustomCat is by far the best POD company and I have used a bunch. They are always innovating and improving the processes while keeping prices at a minimum so help me keep my prices steady for my customers. Not only has CustomCat been great during regular business, but when times get tough, Christmas, or in the middle of a World Wide Pandemic, these guys have stepped up to the plate and communicate and make sure that business can continue if not exceed expectations.
