Customify ‑ Custom Product App

I was searching for a while to find a way to offer custom products to my customers. Even after talking with representatives from Shopify and reading reviews online I couldn't find what I was looking for until I came across Customify. It can be a bit hard at times to use but in my opinion it is completely worth it because their customer service support will help you with anything you need. I've been able to customize my products to be exactly the way I want only because of this app. Their support responds very quickly as well.

Hasan Kamal couldn't be more helpful! Anything I don't intuitively understand or can't quite figure out, I take right to him! He is quick to respond, thorough in his explanation, and assists me until I complete the task! Looking forward to finally having the Customify app set up and my store fully functioning! Thank you!!

Dissastrous app, never got it to work properly. And some guy from customer service named Kamal, never got it to work. Useless poc.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, we had a few issues with the installation of the App but after sending a message Hasan was more than happy to help. Hasan went above and beyond what was expected, the response time was fantastic and we are really looking to implementing this to our shopify store. The software is far more professional looking then any of the other customise product apps available. This is a real game changer for the items we sell thank you so much Hasan!!

Easy to use and fast customer support. The installation was pretty straight forward. Great for people who would like to upload there own templates to the website for any product, I had a hard time finding an app that allows you to upload your own templates. Five stars for me

Great support. There were no bugs, I just asked for a change in the page design and it was made in less than 3 hours. Support is very responsive and with good English level skills! Hasan Kamal was very responsive and kind to us! HIGHLY USEFUL APP

I recently added Customify to website, so far it is what I was looking for to enable my customers to be able to create customizable art to be printed with our border frame. I have received assistance from Hasan and he has helped me with everything I have requested, So much respect and thanks and I would recommend this app. to everyone that needs to have their products customizable by their customers and clients. Great app, great team, great support. Hassan (tech support) is very quick and professional. Whenever I email with any question he usually replies within few minutes and comes up with a solution within an hour or so.

I have installed Customify app a few days ago and so far I am very pleased with their services. Hasan was helping me a lot with my issues. Like everything else, it will take a little time to get familiar with how to use a new product. I recommend everyone with a custom products store to use this app.

Right now, I do not have any response at all. First installation is nearly 3 days ago, but nobody is responding to the mails. The backend of the app itself looks promizing and the design in whole is really nice. But it makes no sense without running properly....

Very happy with this app, it does everything I need it to do on my products. Installation was easy and it's also been easy to use so far. The videos on youtube are a big help, very easy to follow. A huge thank you to Hasan Kamal. He fixed my one difficulty in less than 2 hours! You can't ask for better service than that. Can't thank you enough Hasan. :)
