Very frustrating app to work with. They installed the program for me and then I watched every single You Tube video trying to figure out how to do a simple text box where the letters would go in once the customer typed them in. They wasn't anything. This was the last email I received from Kamal: "There is add text also i fix your button, but there is still some error, because your time give me headcache, but you can test using debut theme, i will work on it to solve it" YOU have a headache??? I have spent countless hours trying to get this to work. It has been several days now and nothing so onto the next.....

FAB APP! A great product customisation on shopify. Has helped us massively in introducing product personalisation. The customer service is fantastic.I have asked for it to be fitted to my theme, colours changed, fields adding, font issues and all sorts of other help to make it run smoothly in my store. Hasan has been fantastic, always a response and always a resolution. Definitely Recommended.

This is a great app. Easy to use and Hasan is very quick with assistance when needed. Highly recommend this app. We use it to allow our customers to customize their own pair of socks, tees, etc.

I would definitely recommend this app. Being a "newbie" had a couple of questions on how to do certain things. I sent them a message and they responded very quickly. Also had a little hiccup after installation, and they fixed that in no time as well. Their customer service is top notch!
