Hasan Kamal!!! He is a rock star man. He solved the problem immediately. I received a lot of selfless help from him. All customers will get good results when they receive his service. Every time I work with him is a great time.

I’ve had my custom tshirt shop for a little under a year now. I’ve tried all the customizable apps on my site. Nothing works better than this app and no app gives the back end support this app does. I needed troubleshooting done on one of my products Hasan Kamal the customer rep fixed it for me and gave me step by step instructions on how to prevent it and fix it if it ever happened again. Truly a great experience.

The app is not extremely user-friendly and neither is the installation process. When attempting to configure the app in my store, it took several days to receive a response. For me, this was unacceptable as I needed to launch my store and could not do so without the appropriate application installed. After speaking to two representatives, I never received a resolution and had to cancel my subscription and uninstall the app. I ended up going with another product personalization app that has worked much better, more user-friendly, and very prompt customer service.

Hasan worked with me to set up the app so that it performed how we envisioned, even when our chosen theme wasn't cooperating. GREAT customer service and top quality app that does what it claims! If you need customization on your Shopify site - GET THIS APP!

Great Product and Great customer service. Hassan helped me in every step needed to solve my issues with pre-loaded templates. I tried the competitor for the same trial period and I was amazed by the service provided by this company. This is the best hands down!! Thank you very much for taking every step with me.

This app is amazing and customer service is superb. Hasan Kamal helped resolve all my problems and was very patient. I tried a previous app, but I had to cancel because the customer service was nonexistent. I really love the app and looks good in my store.

Very impressed with customer service! I am somewhat tech savvy but had to ask for assistance with the install. All themes are different so sometimes that happens! I was quite busy thru out the day and did receive response to my delayed emails. I am only on my second day of my free trial and these guys already have me up and running their app on my custom product. My product was from scratch and they helped me set it up to where it looked correct on my product. Hasan is awesome! Check you emails man, these guys do get back to you! The are friendly too! Unlike some other APP people who have an ego complex about their product and try and make the issue your own incompetence! These guys rock and they actually help you! Thank You!

My first review on Shopify but it worth it !! I struggled all day with another app, too complicated... With Customify, it took me 10 minutes and the result is perfect and and f**** nice ! I'm a really happy customer :D P.S : for the non-english website, you have the possibility to translate every input in the app, this is for me a very important thing !

Heri and Customify have been phenominal! There is a very small learning curve, (no more than any other app) but relative to the capabilities that the tool provide you and your customers, it is more than worth it. We needed some modifications/additions to the app and they have accommodated us 110 percent! We couldn't be happier with the price, the service, the functionality and the dependability of Customify...more specifically Heri, who has taken the time to learn our business, what we and our customers want and need, and to incorporate these attributes into the app. Simply amazing. We can't say enough. Get this app!

Although it took a while to get things sorted out, Heri and his team did a lot of custom work for FREE in order to get the tool working exactly as I needed it. The app now works perfectly and has all the features I need. Easy system to download print files and very user friendly. Great price for a great app. Thanks for all the support.

OK WOW! BUY THIS APPLICATION I waited quite a while to post a review, because I like to use the application for a while, get a good feel for the support, and make sure it works well in a live environment. All of these are great and the application is amazing. I have put this support team through the paces in adding, removing and changing many aspects of this application. Every time they have come through in the end with flying colors. I am a programmer in a previous life, so I understand that you have to have a certain amount of patience depending on what your asking for to fix or change, and sometimes the doctor does not make the best patient. That being said, Heri's team (I feel like I know him personally), has done a yeoman's job in getting all the programming completed, and I have an application that I think is absolutely amazing, and I'm not done yet. The only thing that I would say requires some effort, is the time difference between me and the support/customization team (Heri). I live in Florida and the support team is 12hrs ahead. This can be frustrating at times, but overall the team has worked through those issues, and has been very responsive in spite of this difference. BUY THIS APPLICATION, and give your customers an amazing experience. Thanks Customify team for all your hard work, I look forward to a future of more changes, and more exciting advancements in what is already a great application.
