Was not pleased with the app. Specifically the process of adding products and how to make them customizable. I contacted support and asked how to cancel my subscription while still in my free trial. Henri, the support person, didn't listen to anything I said. Told me my trial was over, I'm currently still in the trial, and also didn't listen to anything I said about why i dislike this app. He just said to keep using it and they can teach me how to use it... So, to sum it up, the processes you use in the app suck (yes I watched the tutorials), and support doesn't want to help you and has no idea if you're in your free trial or not

So very helpful....We are setting up our first Customily product and have a lot of variations to our products and needed some guidance to set up our first item. Jose was very helpful and patient, answered all of our questions and showed us different ways to customize our product through customly. The meeting was easy to set up and we recieved a recorded copy of the meeting after which was helpful when we went back on our own to do some work. A+ in customer service!

Absolutely the best app for product customization, and even better support! Customily has been a game-changer for our business. It’s more than just an app, it’s a complete solution, thanks to the incredible support and training from Jose and Jhrofey. Their guidance allowed us to achieve every custom design we envisioned. Anytime we had questions or ran into issues (which, in 90% of the cases, were due to our own setup mistakes), they patiently walked us through the solutions, often by setting up Zoom calls to resolve things live. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help have made a huge difference for us. Without a doubt, Customily is the best app in the industry when it comes to product customization. Highly recommended! Thank You - Jose, Jhrofy, Henri and Ngoc guys.

Costs way too much to have this many problems. Simple intergration is a severe hassle. The interface doesnt fully show up and there are too many work arounds in the attempt to use it with Shine On. It had potential but fails to save time and almost guarantee that you will spend the Free Trial, trying to learn how to get it to work properly. Too many moving pieces what should have been simple, became quite the nightmare.

I love this app. The customer service is on point. They have a great team that is very responsive and helpful. They helped us generate some customization templates for our products, teaching us how to do it along the way. Truly one of the best apps and service I have had.

I would absolutely recommend this app. It is very user friendly. It has so much you can do on it. Yes it is a learning curve if you are not experienced in design but the people at Customily are so incredibly nice and supportive. They have actual live people to answer questions and assist in any way possible. They WANT you to be successful. There are not many Personalizer products or apps like this at all. Actually I believe they are the only ones that give this kind of service.

I haven’t been using Customily for long, but I’ve had some great experiences with it. To be honest, before choosing Customily, I explored a few other apps with similar features. The main reason I decided to invest in Customily was its user-friendly interface (though I’m still figuring things out and getting used to all its features). What really stood out to me was the multilingual support team. As a beginner, having access to helpful support is essential, and I truly appreciate Customily’s support team—especially Henri Nguyễn, who has been incredibly helpful. Definitely worth using and experiencing!
