I've only had a few customers that did not understand the concept of paying for a digital download. Once that was explained, there have been NO ISSUES AT ALL with customers not receiving their downloads and or opening them. Love this APP!!

Digital Downloads is fantastic for allowing customers to purchase digital products that are immediately redeemed via email. The only downside I've encountered to date is that they do need that email to get their products - It would be really helpful if the download link could also be on the customers account page or purchase history page so that we don't have to manually resend the emails.
