UPDATE: Heard back. At least got a substantive answer about the problems our customers having. There is so much potential here. I hope they can improve customer service; we want to stay with them because of the things they do well. ____________ The logistics are decent. What we give up in profit margin, we get back in services that allow us to focus on brand building and marketing. BUT... But, Dripshipper Team, your communication when there’s a problem or when one of our customers has a problem has been awful. Please, please, please start taking OUR customer service issues more seriously. I’m not going to go into the specific problems here, because I respect you, appreciate you, and want you to succeed. But go look at our recent chats and your responses. It’s as if you just don’t CARE what our customers are experiencing or how that might affect our brand. Your most recent reply was beyond apathetic. It’s clear u didn’t read our entire message. And this responding 24 hours later crap...we’ll, I just don’t see how we can have a successful long-term relationship without more serious interaction. I hope u see this and respond. I sure can’t get good answers or satisfaction through the app. Even so I gave u three stars instead of one, because you do many things well. The concern for me is that your customer service is MY weakest link.

The biggest disappointment of all was to see that my coffee-label and company logo were only pasted on the shipping package and not anywhere else on the package of coffee itself. Temecula is listed as the company that roasts it on the actual coffee packages (I purchased coffee for a friend for their honest opinion and was able to review the whole process from start to finish). I subscribed and requested a private-label - that is not how private-label works. The shipping package is typically thrown away by the customer - how does that build brand recognition? In my opinion, this company does not offer sufficient customer service - it is only available through chat. As 'scammy' and shocking as that was, I still asked several questions about the coffee through the chat. A response took much longer than expected and whoever responded to my chat, barely answered my questions and didn't even answer all of them. One of the coffee packages that was sent to me as a sample was open when I received it - so, I didn't even get a chance to taste it. Of the few that I did try, they tasted of low-quality and watered-down. A complete waste of $10 for samples - of which, most wholesale suppliers will offer for free. The coffee that was sent to one of my customers (on my own dollar so I could get an honest opinion) responded with the exact same complaint of it tasting watered-down. Another waste of $15 dollars to get an unsatisfactory opinion. Plus, they still charged me the full $25 subscription fee and I only had their subscription for a week or two. There's a lot to work on here.

I really like this app! So far so good. I do wish shipping and fulfillment was quicker. This is really helping me brand mu business.

Very responsive and helpful, app is easy as can be to use, and can't recommend them enough if you'd like to dropship coffee.

If you want to sell coffee on Shopify, this is the app to use. It's easy to use, mostly user friendly. The team is quick to respond and very helpful.

So far so good but having issues uploading a logo . Coffee is great and very fresh I’m told however my shipment of samples was lost by the post So I still don’t know lol

Daniel is an angel! I can't begin to explain how helpful he was. I was having issues with my website that was created for me by a third-party company. I had been speaking with them for days on how to fix the error, to no avail. Then, I suddenly stopped getting contact from the company. I decided to go onto my app and see if I could possibly get in contact with my dropshipper, Dripshipper (such a clever name). I started speaking with one of the other wonderful ladies at your company and expressed my frustration with the whole process. She was so eager to help that she sent my concern over to Daniel. To be honest, I was afraid that I still wouldn't get to the bottom of what was happening with my site. Within speaking with Daniel for only a few minutes, he quickly fixed the problem, just like that. I have been looking for help for days and he solved it immediately. My mind was boggled. He was so helpful and answered the trillion other questions that I had. He never seemed impatient, annoyed, or rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me. I am so happy to be able to work with him. I wish I could write 10 more reviews. All this to say that my site is now up and working. Yay! If you are looking for a great company to assist you in selling coffee, look no further than Dripshipper! Thanks a million, Dan!

Really love this app. We are new and already getting good reviews on the 12 pack single serve capsules. We've also got multiple requests for a 12 Pack Variety or Flavored Single Serve capsules would be an immediate best seller.

This app is pretty easy to use once you figure it out. There could be more step-by-step instructions on how to navigate but overall I am extremely pleased with the products. So far I have thoroughly enjoyed the blends that I have tried.

I am still in the process of finishing the shop with Dripshipper. So far, everything went great. Uploading logo's for labels is easy, adding products to the shop is very easy. However, I am still 'fighting' with the settings for shipping. I am not based in the US, so I need to change the 'origin' or activate a third party. The communication with Dripshipper is a little 'slow'..... and I hope we can work this out soon. I am also curious if it will be possible to add other products, (from dropshippers) to the shop. That is the final step of this project. So far, I am exited about the App and partnership with the Roasting Comp. I am very positive and can't wait with starting the promotions and .....selling!!

Simple setup, TERRIBLE support. They seem to only offer chat support - there's no way to contact an actual human. So now, my best customer is stuck without the coffee they ordered A WEEK ago and I will likely lose them as a customer. This app is close to worthless...
Thank you for your review. The issue you are having is because the order was not paid for until 7/16, so that is why it hasn't shipped yet. All our orders ship within 3-5 business days from when the order has been paid for. We don't start processing shipments until cost of goods sold have been paid for. We have full-time reps available, but are typically only open during regular business hours of 9am-5pm M-F EST. Which is why we did not respond to you last night. We will put in a request with production to expedite your order to hopefully help.

This is a great idea, It nicely adds a simple niche to my store that attracts additional sales. And its order processing is easy
