I recently contacted DSers support (Teresa) regarding a cancelled orders issue with AliExpress, and I’m very impressed with their service. The CSR who assisted me was quick to respond, clearly understood the problem, and resolved it efficiently. The issue is now fully fixed, and everything is working smoothly again.
