The customer service replies quick. Jessica was able to help me import my product with the exact supplier I wanted even though it initially wasnt available. It was a little hard to communicate exactly what I wanted help with but still great service overall

I have been using DSers for months, and although most things are smooth, there have definitely been some hiccups. That being said, anytime I've reached out to their Support team they've done a fantastic job of addressing and finding solutions to any issues that may arise. My last couple of reps Joy and Stephanie were both extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

This app is really helpful syncing the orders straight to the supplier, I tried out the advanced plan to test out affiliate marketing, I'm still not too sure about that. However, Nephele has been very helpful with everything else!

UPDATE: After a bit I got another reply offering more detailed information, this HELPED fix the issue. I would have given it 5 stars except for the previous mentioned issue. PAST: So far my opinion has gone from good to somewhat skeptical, all products are missing gtin or mpn so I am unable to publish with Google. I contacted DSer's who told me to contact the suppliers directly (thought they were the same as AliExpress), no further help offered. Sadly, I am beginning to think about switching to another option.
