Alice was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I was confused with product mapping and she guided me step by step until everything was fully set up correctly. Her instructions were clear, fast, and easy to follow, and she made sure I understood exactly what to do without overcomplicating things. The app requires some study to fully understand all its functions and isn't always very clear about errors/glitches, but it makes up for it with its support, which is fast and helpful.
