I normally don't write a review but I want to for this app. It's so surprising that each time I ask a question I get an answer almost immediately. It's amazing how kind and helpful their customer service team are! Special thanks to ADELE who found a product for me that I spent hours trying to find!! The app is so user friendly and it shows you trending products for free too. Really, if you think of doing dropshipping through Aliexpress, look no further!

I am new to this so when my customer didn't receive their product I started up a chat with Rita to figure out why. All I can say is that it has been quite a process but in the end everything was resolved. Now I understand how all the services work together to fulfill orders. Thank you!

DSers is good, I enjoy their service but some things were confusing at first. Thankfully they have AMAZING support right via messenger, a special big thank you to Olivia who not only quickly and effectively helped me resolve my issue but also made me feel understood and prioritized. o dsers em sí é uma ótima ideia, salva muito tempo. o suporte também parece saber bem o que faz, em especial "Vivian" que me ajudou com uma dúvida. apesar de algumas funcionalidades interessantes serem pagas, talvez pudessem melhorar em algum momento? mas no geral é um ótimo App.
