The representative was very helpful in getting my order placed from my Shopify store to DSers. They gave specific directions and additional resources. They stayed with me through the whole process and was very patient and respectful.

DSers is the only properly working Dropshipping product importer on the Starter Plan, and it's still amazing. Very easy and fast to use, I love it. Also the customer support Zico is very friendly and very helpful.
