DSers is good, I enjoy their service but some things were confusing at first. Thankfully they have AMAZING support right via messenger, a special big thank you to Zina who not only quickly and effectively helped me resolve my issue but also made me feel understood and prioritized. She helped me feel way more confident using their service knowing help is just a message away

Au top!!! mais vraiment... que dire, j'ai eu besoin du support que 2 fois en 1 an et demi et a chaque fois, mon problème est réglé hyper efficacement. Aujourd'hui c'est Aimee que j'ai eu en chat et gros merci à elle pour m'avoir aidé a me sortir de l'impasse dans laquelle j'étais. DSERS est ce qui se fait de mieux pour la gestion des commandes et surtout son support qui te sort de la galère si besoin!!! et j'en ai essayé d'autres avant croyez-moi, bref, je recommande et je dis même plus, que c'est indispensable si vous souhaitez être tranquille pour gérer vos commandes sereinement!!! I just had Hayley, Christmas morning with Hayley helping me learn and fix my orders i messed up . Best gift ever was her, she was patient and kind and great humor. I hope to get her again as we all know there will a again for me lol.

I recently contacted DSer's support team to help remove an old store I wasn't using from my account. It was already deactivated, so I couldn't do it without re-subscribing. Ceilia was very helpful and friendly! One of the many reasons I'll continue using DSers to test new stores. I've been using DSers for a couple of years now, and it's been pretty easy to use. It makes adding products to my store so easy!

The app is good but there are alot of moving parts and at times it is difficult to use. But the support is what makes this service so great. I spoke with Sherry today and she is by far the most professional service representative I have ever dealt with. She took me step by step and had screenshots to guide me the whole way. I was breifly called away from my desk but she waited patinetly until I returned. My entire problem was fixed in the matter of minutes. Very impressive service. Update: 07/07/2025. Daryl was very helpful on this particular session. He took just a few minutes to check my account and came back with a good solution so I could continue my work. Very good experience again, I am pleased to use this platform, best one in the business.

When my customer didn't receive their product I started up a chat with Zico to figure out why. All I can say is that it has been quite a process but in the end everything was resolved. Now I understand how all the services work together to fulfill orders. Thank you!

The app works pretty well, but even the best run into issues. A supplier had run out of stock during order fulfillment. I contacted their support and Lydia really helped me to get things back on track. Lydia communicated clearly, provided great screenshots, and even helped me get my product variant remapped. Highly recommended!
