I was having an issue finding a supplier for a product, Sandy went above and beyond to help me. She not only found me a seconday supplier, but she also added it and set it up for me.

I had issues with orders syncing to my AliExpress account for payment/fulfilment and reached out to customer service shat. Vivian answered almost immediately and has patiently guided me through, as well as troubleshooting on her end - 64 minutes later and we're working again perfectly!! Super happy with the service, and although I was nervous at first, she's put my mind at ease. Big big thank you and five stars to Vivian!

DSERs is really great and uncomplicated and makes the work a lot easier. The support (especially Aimee) is great and was able to help me with my problem within a few minutes, which would probably have taken hours to identify. I can only recommend it
