I am not the easiest guy to just take instruction when I am frustrated. But, Vivian understood my frustration and dealt with me in a calm, professional manner. Better yet she explained things to me in a way that made sense. She helped me complete an order to successful conclusion. And it was more than that, she also was able to explain the confusing mapping procedure and other concepts. Vivian was knowledgable and extremely helpful. She was great!

DSers has been a game-changer for my e-commerce operations. The app’s bulk order processing and automation features have drastically reduced the time I spend on fulfillment, allowing me to focus more on growing my business. While the interface isn’t the most user-friendly and requires a bit of a learning curve, the app’s capabilities more than make up for it. A special mention goes to Colleen from the support team—she’s been absolutely amazing!
