Recently starting using DSERS. Such a versatile app and great integrations with shopify-Aliexpress. I have gotten the hang of the dropshipping app after viewing the training videos and getting extra assistance from service agent Chloe. She helped clarify any extra concerns I had regarding the app. Excited to see where this app takes my dropshipping business.

Blanca was so super nice and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for! I had my first sale which I needed to forward for fulfillment by Dsers. I later was informed that the vendor did does not mail to my customer's country. I need to update vendor and was a little worried about it. I finally found a new vendor and needed to link them, but I didn't know how. Blanca was then helpful in navigating me to the proper area. So grateful for Blanca and the time she too to help. Thank you!!!

I haven't launched the store yet, but building it has been a pleasure with DSers. Their plans are worth the money considering the variety of products, but mostly bc of their 24/7 customer service. All my interactions have been pleasant and informative, with real time assistance. Special kuddos to Rita :)

Had an issue where I thought I had to individually enter the price of every item variant..Was totally about to lose it. But Sandy from the DS support team helped me. Turns out I was just dumb and missed the very obvious tool that changes the prices automatically based on some settings I had to enter lol. Great support and took about 1 minute for accomplish what I needed. Compared to a certain other Dropshipping support.. these guys are top tier.
