I actually don't have DSers connected to my Shopify store. I just use it to place bulk orders for ordering manufacturing parts in bulk. The support is awesome sauce! A girl named Selena helped me today get setup super fast in no time. On the fly, she gave me really helpful screen shots to guide me during the setup process.

I was really impressed with the Customer service Representative Jesse. They knew exactly what I was trying to explain and was able to help me with my issue.
