I had some issues with my supplier cancelling orders, which led to syncing failures. Zico from the support team promptly helped me solve the issue. I am genuinely impressed by how the DSers support team operates. They reply in under a minute and find solutions to complex problems. Very well done

Very nice and helpfull app , easy to use and have a lot of options and suppliers from ali . You can connect products to your store very easy and that makes the life of dropshipper happier! If only this app gave you the choice to decorate the package of your products with your brand name would be a top top app! But as the very assistant member of help center - Luna explained me they do not have to do with the shipping and that is fair ,so i can communicate with the supplier to do this .

Wow! I have spent an hour with Chrissy from DSers customer service chat. I must have asked her hundreds of questions I had about not just DSers platform but also Aliexpress. She went far and beyond to help me understand how everything works. All the answers to my questions ( which I searched all over YouTube and reddit) were answered by her in the last hour. I've never experienced such great customer service from a product. Wow. I am so glad I signed up with them. Thank you Chrissy!

I had a problem, every time I would "push to store" it automatically set the product as "active" on Shopify. I contacted DSers, to my surprise the wait time was less than 1 minute! I literally messaged at 4:59 pm and at 4:59 pm I was responded! Now I was answered by Chrissy, may I say Chrissy was amazing and very professional. Chrissy literally sent me THREE PICTURES to show me HOW TO do something on DSers, WITH captions to clarify it even further! The level of patience and professionalism Chrissy displayed was phenomenal! This lady broke it down for me so simply. The service I received was so professional by her. Chrissy told me that she will "record the information you provided and report it to the relevant internal departments." So that the features on DSers will be easier for all users and future users. I am very happy Chrissy did not make me wait at all when she responded to my message on messenger. And it is very evident she had a lot of knowledge about what she was talking about. Overall, I am pleased with DSers and the customer service I received from Chrissy. I highly recommend DSers for everyone. I hope the feature I recommended will be available as an option soon for all DSers users! I wish everyone good luck in their businesses. Keep up the hard work everyone!
