I recently had the pleasure of using DSers and was incredibly impressed by their customer support. Blanca, a member of the support team, was particularly helpful. She guided me step by step through the website and assisted me in setting up my shipping costs. Her patience and clear instructions made the process much easier than I anticipated. Blanca was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend DSers for their excellent service and their amazing team, especially Blanca!

I was in a situation where I didn't know how to complete purchases without a shipping fee, and I was helped by Blanca who was a massive help, she told me step by step process of how to install the chrome extension and how discounts are applied when you complete orders that way. Great support team and would highly recommend!

Their customer support live chat is through Facebook Messenger however it was very smoothly. And very helpful.

So happy with this app. Tried numerous similar apps, but all my research kept pointing to Dsers. Once I tried, everything was easy and smooth, and anytime I had issues or just need help/guidance, Blanca from the team was absolutely wonderful, helped me at all hours of the day and walked me through every step until the issue is sorted! I cannot recommend this app and huge thanks to the great service provided by Blanca, shes always there to help :)

Starting out in the drop shipping niche in Australia, has been many long hours of work and knowledge acquiring, the Australian market doesn't have very much to offer in the way of product suppliers and automated shopify apps for drop shipping in Australia that's where Dser is vital to Australian drop shippers as its platform once navigated with understanding and contacting Dser support team if required with any queries with help from individuals like Chloe from the support team working wonders with providing information on questions, additional information and guidance to changes that you can make to the navigation of the Dser platform more knowledgeable and suitable to your requirements for drop shipping in Australia. I give Dsers 5 stars for the quick response in getting issues resolved, the addition support they provide through messenger and having employees like Chole on the support team to help. :) regards Jonty.

Super responsive agents on site, they help you with all your questions. Special shout out to Olivia, very kind and patient with me and my questions. 99% of their suppliers include VAT for EU markets and UK, sales tax on NA markets...etc. It saves you the hassle as a dropshipper. Rfimp was quite helpful. I was showed to areas in DSers I didn't know existed until it was shown to me. Rfimp was direct to the point and quick to respond. My supplier concern was handled very well and a helpful screenshot was given to me that helped me know how to leave messages to my suppliers.
