DSers ist eine sehr gute Plattform um sein Geschäft voranzutreiben. Alles ist verständlich erklärt anhand von ausführlichen Texten oder Videos. Sollte man doch nicht weiter wissen, hilft der Support sehr schnell. Danke hier an Vivian, für die schnelle und ausführliche Lösung meines Anliegens. He helped me quickly resolve an issue when importing products from AliExpress to DSers, where the products showed an abnormal status, even though they were fine on the AliExpress platform. I had a small issue with the store currency not reflecting correctly on my DSers account earlier and it was quickly resolved by Rfimp. He was responsive, efficient, and helpful! Rfimp was also very friendly, chatting with him felt like chatting with an old friend - and that was important to me because I get really stressed out when things aren't going as smoothly as I'd expected (I'm not exactly that tech-savvy). His friendliness, in itself, is a great support for newbies like me.

Excellent Customer Service, but Communication Options Could Improve I’ve been using DSers for my dropshipping business, and I have to say their customer service is fantastic! The support team is very responsive and helpful, especially when it comes to resolving issues quickly. They walked me through every step of the process, from account setup to order management, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how knowledgeable and patient they were. That being said, the only improvement I would suggest is offering more communication channels beyond Facebook Messenger. While Messenger is convenient for some, it can be limiting. It would be great to have options like live chat on their website, email, or even phone support for more urgent or complex issues. Overall, DSers is an excellent tool, and the customer service team is top-notch. Expanding their communication channels would make the experience even better!
