I’ve been using DSers for a abit now, and it has completely transformed my dropshipping business. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and makes managing orders a breeze. The integration with Shopify is seamless, and the automated order fulfillment is a game-changer. The ability to easily import products and manage inventory is a huge plus. I was having difficulty with uploading products to my store and it being shown as sold out when I uploaded them, but when I reached out and spoke with Kristal she was able to help me and get what was wrong fixed right away. Very good service great customer support!

I am not the easiest guy to just take instruction when I am frustrated. But, Vivian understood my frustration and dealt with me in a calm, professional manner. Better yet she explained things to me in a way that made sense. She helped me complete an order to successful conclusion. And it was more than that, she also was able to explain the confusing mapping procedure and other concepts. Vivian was knowledgable and extremely helpful. She was great!
