I had an issue with one of my orders on AliExpress, but one of their customer service representatives from DSers, Gloria, was extremely helpful. She took the time and made the effort to find me a better supplier for a product that was out of stock. As someone who is still new to using this app, I appreciated that she didn’t leave me behind and ensured I was well taken care of. Thank you, Gloria!

I have just downloaded this app and I am a little confused about how it will work. I opened up a help chat and Selena, was polite and helpful. I feel it is premature to rate the app itself, but the customer assistance was timely and helpful. Thank you Selena. I have been using the DSers app for a few months, so I am updating my review. The app is pretty user friendly once you get familiar with the features. I am very pleased with the 24/7 customer service help. The customer reps have all been knowledgeable and I have been able to get questions resolved quickly. I really like the auto features that can be applied for pricing and inventory, these are really helpful and much better than some other apps I have tried. DSers also updates shipping status all the way through to delivered for most shipments; which is helpful especially for platforms like TicTok. So, my review is so far so good! 5 stars!

I messaged back and forth with Myra from DSers for over a 3-4hr period. I asked her a million questions and she was patient, quick to find the answer and thorough. She went above and beyond. I really don't know what I would've done if I hadn't been able to message her. It really helped me more than I imagined. She also had great recommendations and was great with directions and telling me how to do something on my end. I am so grateful for this service!

Plataforma fácil de mexer e pratica, e se conecta de maneira eficaz com a AliExpress, de modo que me economiza tempo e traz praticidade para minha loja. Tive um problema com um produto que o cliente queria trocar a cor, e contactei o atendimento da Dsers e com menos de 5 min o suporte (Wendy)me explicou tudo e resolvi meu problema. Resumindo além de ser uma plataforma pratica e fácil de mexer tem um suporte incrível.
