The app is great, easy to use and has many features. Support is on top level. Emma helped me solve my issues right away. However there is a bit of confusion when it comes to entering new variants from the same supplier that you already imported the product. You have to manually create variants on shopify and then map them on dser. This creates confusion on sku's and inventory tracking.

Getting to know the Dsers do's and don'ts, takes a while, but 5 starts to the fast support via the chat option, Barrett was friendly and super quick at the responses and knowledgeable. He helped me with a recurring issue I had with the inventory in shopify/Dsers.

This app was a take over for Oberlo which I loved, I think there can be some improvements like being able to change the address/customer information before sending the order fulfilment request. It's still a little buggy and you have to open the app manually to fulfil orders unlike Oberlo that was just 1 click fulfilment. The app on shopify is not great in the mobile view if you are working on your phone just a heads up, but overall, its very similar to Oberlo which was great and the customer service is excellent, quick responses and Krystal helped me out recently. All in all, its a good app to get up and running for importing products from aliexpress without breaking the bank. I'd recommend to anyone starting their e-com journey.

I find that this app is not as user friendly as Oberlo BUT the customer service makes up for it. Luna is excellent and very efficient at fixing any issues or answering questions that I have. Thanks again for your help Luna.

Very good app for order automation to AliExpress I recently switched from Oberlo. Everything has been good so far. The UI could use some upgrade as it has some bugs when importing products.

Rask respons hos kundeservice og god hjelp, Oberlo var mere brukervennlig. DSers kunne vært mere enklere. Ser ikke fordelen med DSers i forhold til Oberlo.

There are some glitches in the app that make it very annoying to use at times. However it is the best app for processing your orders. Customer service are very helpful and respond super quickly!
