Rfimp (em jul/24) fez um ótimo trabalho, em meu primeiro atendimento de suporte técnico via troca de mensagens com a Dsers, sabe muito bem as telas do APP Dsers e resolveu rapidamente o item que eu precisava, eu agradeço muito. Rfimp (on Jul/24) did a great job, in my first technical support service via exchange of messages with Dsers, he knows the Dsers APP screens very well and quickly resolved the item I needed, I am very grateful.

I am new to this dropshipper and came up with a problem I couldn't resolve for a few hours. I contacted DSers customer support where Aimee helped me. She was able walk me through the issue and resolved it with ease. I HIGHLY recommend their customer service if all are like her.

I would like to share my recent experience with Jesse service, and unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing. I have been waiting for over 10 days for a response from customer support, yet I have not received any updates or resolutions to my issue. Additionally, I have been unable to make purchases through the app for the past two days. While the app initially worked well for the first two months, it no longer functions as intended, despite the fact that I am not using the free version. Furthermore, I have found the support team's approach to be overly aggressive in pushing for reviews on multiple platforms, which adds to the frustration when basic issues remain unresolved.

I like this app. It is free and does so much for free. I like that I can order in bulk, I like the chrome extension, I like that I can set a default message to seller. It’s easy to find orders and stay organized. I wish it would pay for the orders for me instead of having to do manually.
