I am new to this dropping shipping. I hope I can make it. Trying to figure out and learning about it. Luna helped me, she was great. She took her time to explain and and answer my questions. I hope I can set up properly because I still have issues on prices and shipping. Still don't know how exactly it will work and I hope it will be smooth. I will give it a try to see if this business will work for me.

The app is great for researching products. However the support is absolutely fantastic . I've had to contact support twice due to mistakes that I've made and on both occasions the live chat support went above and beyond first was Aimee and the second Celia both were on chat for over an hour each. DSers you have a pair of fantastic support staff in these two. Thank you so much.

Dsers is an amazing way to dropship, it’s free and if you want to purchase a package fore better perks it’s perfectly affordable! The system is so easy to use and the customer care is just perfect, the lady that helped me (Blanca) was just so sweet and fast when I didn’t understand something. I would definitely recommend this software 100%!

I accidentally connected the wrong PayPal account for DSers to send tracking numbers to and was worried it would cause a lot of issues for my business. Thankfully, Krystal from customer service came to the rescue! She was extremely helpful and patient, walking me through the process step by step to delete the incorrect PayPal account and replace it with the right one. Krystal's professionalism and quick problem-solving made the whole experience stress-free. I couldn’t be more grateful for her assistance!
